Would give it 0 starts if I could. Made an order for mine and my partners 3rd anniversary, order should have been here between 16-20th, today received a scam email from a delivery service asking for more details so contacted the company to ensure everything was in order and to get my reference number. As a response they cancelled the order! With an email saying that there was some suspicious emails I received and therefore they have to cancel! I understand and appreciate consumer security but at the very least you should contact your costumer before cancelling it. Now leaving me with only a few days to find an alternative and more than likely having a late gift. I can’t wrap my head around this approach, absolutely fuming and so so disappointed. The moral of the story seems to be that if you’re in doubt about anything with your order DO NOT approach the seller as you’ll just end up without your order.
