Glad I received my order but if you ever need to contact their customer service it is impossible to do it. There will be no response from the customer service. I will not be making any future purchases from wskinco.com. Once they sent you the product they are MIA, I didn't receive the solution that was supposed to come with it and I emailed them multiple times without success. I believe their website reviews are paid. They may be paying people to write these reviews so be careful purchasing from them. They do not have a customer service number to contact them just an email and it's in China.

I ordered and paid shoes a month ago, but I heard nothing. Very bad.

placed an order on the 25th March 2021for £40.99 for 3 items but they only shipped one item £12.99 but not the other two worth £28. the worse thing is that they don't reply to emails, Instagram and no phone no. to contact them. please don't use this company its a scam.

4 months later, still no delivery, have ignored emails, scam, do not buy from this website

Ordered back in August, still no product and nobody is answering my emails... it's a scam.

Back in 2018 I found out about, at the time Skin Co. (now it's Lumni). Well, I liked what I read, so.. I sent away for the sample pack and then the actual product, and it arrived on time, and to my surprise it even had my name on the label, that was cool. Then in 2019 I cancelled (for personal reasons, nothing to do with the Company or product), did it with out any problems at all. I was very happy with the product and Skin Co. Customer service. I was very surprised and disappointed seeing all the negative reviews. I wonder what went wrong?

If I could give zero stars, that would be my choice. I ordered Kitchenette brooms from this company for $55.88. I just received 5 face masks from China. This company is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed an order on April 15th. I've not received the deliver yet, and the support never answer to my queries. It is a fraud.

I placed a order on April 10, 2020 and i still never recieved my order. It’s been going on over two month now.

Idk what all the bad reviews are about. Their costumer service has been amazing. They’ve been having some issues with the shipping company they use but we’re totally honest and open about it when I contacted them, which they also always responded within a few hours no matter the time. The products themselves seem really good from the little I’ve gotten to use. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because the shipping company they use isn’t very good, most of the stars were due to amazing costumer service. I don’t know where people are trying to contact them from if they aren’t hearing back but I always did.

Like other reviews are stating, this company stole my money. I canceled an order in January right after I placed it because I was worried about never receiving my product anyway. Months and emails to customer support later, I have no product and no refund. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times to try to get my money back, and I never received an actual response from someone trying to help me.

This company is a scam, they just take your money. Give fake and unrecognized shipping. I didn't know i was buying from China either. Just don't buy from them, simple. They are criminals.

Ordered a stick on bra in January 2020, emailed them after about a month hat I still hadn't received the item (I'm in the UK), their responses were slow or non existsnt, the tracking number didn't work, and the item still hasn't arrived in may 2020, neither have I received a refund!

Straight up just got BEAT , ON SOME STRAIGHT BEYOND SCAM AND LEGIT THIEVERY BELIEVE THE HYPE and RUN THE OTHER WAY DO NOT GET YOUR MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU BY THIS COMPANY. THEN AFTER 25 DIFFERENT ATTEMPTS TO REACH OUT TO THEIR ‘SUPPORT’ FOR HELP/ANSWERS STILL HAVEN'T EVER EVEN GOT SO MUCH AS A REPLY OR A SINGLE HUMAN BEING TO HELP ME WITH MY MONEY BEING STOLEN FROM ME FOR NOTHING!!!! F* THESE CROOKS!!!!

Paid for NOTHING! Clearly all of the 5 star reviews are fake. First thing that made me see red flags is that their site does not allow reviews! Secondly nothing tells you that you are buying from China. I ordered a Freedom Bra FEBRUARY 28th, 2020 and is has been sitting with no status change since March 10th. Current pandemic aside, other items from overseas and in particular China are getting here. I guess I am lucky I didn't get charged anything extra. Don't waste your time or money dealing with this "company".

All of the reviews complaining about not being informed of a subscription or being charged when they didn't know they would be, that's their own fault. Everything is clear at all points of sign up. I had no questions going into BOTH of the free trials I did. I knew it would sign me up for a subscription, so I canceled one and kept the other. AMAZING products. Visibly noticeable results from the month I've been using the wash, scrub and lotion. Just got the anti aging kit, so I'll see how that performs. If you want some great products for cheap, get the trials. If you're reading comprehension is lacking and you can't remember to cancel a subscription, just stick with body wash I guess.

SCAM!!! BE AWARE THEY KEEP REMOVING MY REVIEW FROM THEIR WEBSITE!! This company is a scam. They keep removing this review so I will just keep posting it. Be careful this is a skin care scam they pop on social media promise a free trial and that you can cancel but they still go ahead and charge you. I cancelled the day after i got my product as it gave me an allergic reaction. A month later I got charged $64. Like any other scam company they have no customer service number just a form to fill and wait for mercy. They finally replied after almost a week basically saying 'too bad' and for me to deal with it. This is a scam. They will keep charging your card. Do not believe the reviews you read they doctor the reviews on their site to hide the ones' that expose their real agenda.

I was offered a free trial for their products they said to just pay for $8 shipping fee. The following month they charged me $52 and auto-enrolled me into their monthly subscription service. They never told me or mentioned anything about it. This company is bait and switch thieves who basically steal your credit card info and sends you their products. I had to file fraudulent charges against them and also made a format complaint to the BBB.
