Once a week falls off within 24 hrs. Been spending extra time with all phases of instruction. Have mentioned to staff before sure wish us users had a forum we could compare notes. Nurse is not the answer. Only get repeats of the printed material. Would be great if we're talking to someone is a present user. Wonder if there is even one employee who uses the product. I'm trying now a second faceplate lower for more surface. May end ordering 100 plus. Sure do not plan to go back to pads.

I found that sometimes it leaks and you cannot tell until after it is on and you urinate. It only holds about 8 ounces which is not enough sometimes. My order of 95 catheters (which was supposed to be 30) cam with one bottle of glue release which isn't enough for a month.

The product is life changing for me. It enables me to be around all day without having to have someone help me pee.

I do believe that bioderm has the has some quality control issues and also I believe that the new design of vacuum breaking valve does not work as well as the original design.

The inventors of this device has created a modern day miracle. Has given me a sense of freedom and comfort I thought I would never regain. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thank you Men's Liberty you have given me back my dignity. I used to use adult pullups that would leave me embarrassed when I would have an accident. With your product that is no longer an issue.

excellent product, no problems using with all activities including golf, life is good.

I have used men's liberty for 4 months and it has greatly improved my life. My contacts with the company were easily made and after I was approved by Kaiser Permanente I got my initial supply of devices. I wear a device 24/7 with some of the applications lasting 3 days. I no longer wet my pants rushing to a toilet.

My order was delivered in a box full of many individual parts in cellophane packaging. There was no instruction manual or any indication of where to begin assembling and installing the Men's Liberty puzzle. we
This was very disconcerting and disappointing.
I dumped everything back into the large box and stored it in a closet and forgot about the money I threw away by purchasing this product.

The product received has some very basic design flaws. There is no way to use this product comfortably. It was rushed to market without sufficient care taken to make this product viable for men who would depend on it.

Very good product and there cusomer service is outstanding.

This is the only external catheter I have tried that will stay on reliably for a day or more. Instructions should be followed exactly, and occasionally the residue should be cleaned for best adhesion.

Incontinence is a bummer....but Liberty makes it easier to endure. Not perfect....there are breakdowns. But properly applied, these devises are easily the best I've experienced.

I received my shipment and tried the catheter and bag two days later. I was careful to cleanse carefully as the directions said. The catheter stayed on all day but as I was getting ready for bed, it came off. Realizing that I really didn’t need this type of cathetering, I packed up the rest of the shipment and stored it for future use. I was not real pleased when I got my bill, being that I just wanted to try the catheter. It was easy to place it on me and now that I can’t return any of it for a refund, I will hopefully be able to use it some day.

working vary good a long time go

The biggest problem is coming unglued at inappropriate times. Not often but it is a mess to clean up. The flip side is that they make day to day living much easier.

much better than pads. But a person has to be patient when learning how to use the device. I can get up to 54 hours. I very happy with
it.

The liberty urethra attachment requires getting used to, but works fine afterwards. Length of wearing times can vary, depending on conditions of application and wear time. Must experiment some with it.

Terrible product and they would not let me return it.
