Menulog are a scam

Menulog are a scam, they’re frauds. My little brother orders food around 11:00pm got a notification that his food was delivered at 11:32pm but there’s was no food anywhere on the porch of our house. He then tried to contact the delivery person, but there’s no way of contacting him but text which he texted the delivery guy where the food was at and they didn’t respond. He then tried contacting customer service and they were absolutely useless, only offered a 25 credit for menulog which he didn’t even receive. It’s literally impossible to access actual customer support with menulog. Dont ever buy from menulog, they’re a terrible company that don’t pay their workers well, they have terrible customer service. I’ve seen on multiple platforms that people have complained about the same issue as mine which tells me they don’t care to fix their issue.

Poor online service

i do not know if there would have been no drama if i had picked i up my myself as the food was icy cold by the time i got it, the driver seems to be disoriented and took time to get to my place, not great to be honest as the price are paid where not justified for the quality of meal i got

unhappy with service


there have been anumber of times when I have not received my order - the site says is has been delivered but it has not. When I have tried to manipulate your complaint sitye I get thr run around. I am totally unhappy with menulog. I am a 76 year old diabetic and rely on receiving my order

Bad Experience

Ordered for 12.30pm. Told it would arrive 1.15pm. No show and then it suddenly updated to 2.50pm. Phoned restaurant who had no knowledge of order. Cancelled order with menulog. Group of very hungry factory workers left without lunch. Very unhappy!!

Terrible service

Delivery driver delivered my food 20 minutes after it said on app that food had been delivered. Which was an hour after it was meant to be delivered. I had been trying to contact support that whole time. Still waiting for their response. I expected a partial refund for the trouble, but would of accepted an apology. But I got no response from support.

Menulog Are The Best

Menulog are the best at what they do. I have never had an issue with them. I use to you a popular app to order online but because they don’t use Menulog I stopped ordering through their app, as I had a bad experience.

I getting sick about you guys lying we…

I getting sick about you guys lying we getting or orders up to 1 hour late and the last driver told me the problem. And your people lying to me that the driver is at the restaurant and waiting to pick my order up,that's a big lie because I called the restaurant and de driver was not there and they do not prepare the order if he is not there yet.So stop lying to people this happening to many times

DO NOT DEPEND ON MENULOG

Placed an order, order was confirmed. Time of delivery was an hour away from the time of order placed. Waited patiently just to open the app and see that the wait time has extended for another hour. All restaurants were closed by then and had to sleep hungry. Pathetic operations

I ORDERED FROM MENULOG/ENZOS IN GEELONG AT 6.38PM AND THEY ADVISED DELIVERY WOULD BE AT 7.25PM OR BEFORE. WHEN MY ORDER HAD NOT ARRIVED AT 7.40 I TOLD MENULOG AND THEN RECEIVED AN AMENDED DELEIVERY TIME OF 8.05PM. MY ORDER WAS 917270378
I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.
