Making money before quality of service. I wish you had a store front for me to face your upper management. Shit service shit response to issues shit company. Duck you.

Menulog gives me a huge range of food options; something for every occasion. Also, when there is an issue (e.g. restaurant cancels order or delivery goes astray) Menulog responds quickly to resolve th... See more

I used to use menulog regularly as their prices were better than other apps, but after countless instances of food being picked up and having to wait 2 hours for cold food--or it even not showing up a... See more

Unfortunately where we live there’s very few (2) choices and both are pizza so our experience at home isn’t great. If we use it when we’re away, out experience has been better

Worst company

Worst company. My orders were not successful many times. And so hard to get a help from the customer service. Wouldn't recommend

Zero customer service

I am in the UK and I am getting CONSTANT emails off Menulog for someone who has signed up with my email address.
I cannot contact Menulog or attempt to log in myself as when I do try, it’s reverting me to Just Eat which is the UK version.
It’s frustrating getting emails almost daily for orders which aren’t even mine & not being able to stop it.
If someone from Menulog wants to respond to this so my email can be removed that would be great.

Where's the refund Menulog?

When Menulog send you an email saying a refund for a cancelled order will be done in a few days and then the days go on and on and with no contact numbers to speak with someone about it is not good business. In the end I had to use Paypal to resolve the issue but they took Menulogs side so I'm out of pocket $70 for something I never received but rest assured I'm still onto the issue and I will have a refund as promised.

Absolutely pathetic.

Absolutely pathetic as a company and a service. This opinion is not based on a single experience. Once you've hit 'confirm' on your order, what happens to the food you've ordered is now a gamble. It may turn up, it may turn up cold, it may turn up tampered with, but your most likely problem is that it will not turn up at all.

What's certain is that you will never see that money again. Do not do business with this company.

Everything is fine with Menulog not so much food providers

Everything is fine with Menulog, it would be good to have more food outlets to buy from in this area, As relying on one is not always suitable & can get quite boring.McDonalds is the food provider that we order from & they have forgotten food frequently, dont read important instructions on delivery, So this is why the 3 start rating as transpired to Menulog.

2 hours arguing over missing pizzas!

We spent 2 hours arguing over just trying to get 4 pizzas we paid for from the new pizza place Victorias pizza on Horseshoe bend rd Charlemont when the Menulog driver only delivered the drink and desert and didnt deliver the 4 pizzas!! I called the restaurant and they agreed on phone to remake us fresh pizzas but didn't send a replacement driver?? In the end my wife had to go down and pickup the pizzas which were cold and the pizza place refused to make us fresh ones after agreeing on phone to make them again. Horrible experience with them and also now with you. I normally login with my other email but this time i had logged in with my gmail account. Menulog responded refusing to do a refund or credit based off my "history with Menulog" as being "new". I am not new i just used my phone email for convenience and poor service isnt an excuse and it was YOUR driver who caused the problem to begin with as he didn't listen to the pizza place and only delived the drink and desert and didnt deliver our 4 pizzas. Because Menulog refused to assist we had a 2 hour ordeal with the pizza place and horrible experience with them AND Menulog which we WONT be using again so stick that in your " history"!!!
