Stolen food

After waiting for the food to leave the restaurant it was marked as delivered almost straight away.
Went straight to the app to get support. Answered the bots questions.
After over an hour finally got a response. Asking if I checked outside. Despite saying already we had checked all four houses on our street and the laneway.
Finally got a full refund.
No food though as the resturant had closed.

Scam and theft

Tried twice in one night to order food. Both times the order didn't arrive. Menulog didn't care and after 3 hours we basically had to order pizza hut. 300 dollars later and Menulog still doesn't give a s#$$.

Disappointed

I scheduled my order four hours in advance, expecting it to arrive on time — but it was delivered half an hour late. What’s the point of offering a scheduling option if it’s not going to be followed? Very disappointing experience, especially when planning meals around specific times. This defeats the whole purpose of pre-ordering.

3 times food was delivered to the wrong…

3 times food was delivered to the wrong address. Deliverys left in the middle of the road bedause the coffee was spilt and the driver did not want to deliver it. Food delivered where the drinks had spilt ruining the food and left in the drivewway.

I would never use Menulog on the Gold…

I would never use Menulog on the Gold Coast again. Had to cancel 3 orders as no deliverers were found. The disappointing thing was not being kept informed. Tracking said “nearly there” when nothing was happening. Very disappointed.

Cold food

Cold food, no refund, poor customer service

Really disappointed. My order arrived cold and clearly had been sitting out for ages before I got it. I contacted support straight away and explained everything. After multiple follow-ups and long delays, Menulog still refused to offer a refund or even a credit.

It’s frustrating that there’s no real accountability when things go wrong — especially when the issue is so obvious. I’ve used Menulog many times before, but after this experience and how it was handled, I’ll be switching to other platforms.

Poor

Used to be a good platform, now they just don’t care. Sooo many issues in the last 12 months. Final straw was a 3 hour wait for barely warm food. When contacted they told me it arrived within the designated time. It took 45 mins from preparing my order to delivery, I live 3.5km from the restaurant. It took over 2 hours to find a driver! I know things happen but to be brushed off like that is poor customer service.

Won't refund an order we didn't recieve

Set up an account for work colleagues to have lunch on the 28th June. Orders $143 worth of fishnchips that were never delivered to our premises which is a dealership. Submitted a claim for refund as I had to order again through Uber eats which they delivered . Menulog is telling me that they can't refund the money and can't explain why. WTH?!?!?!?!? Will never recommend or refer through menu log again. Scammers order #915426042 just in case u want to confirm. Also you can ask the restaurant that we placed a 2nd order to get some food to our staff

Damaging for small business

Disappointing doesn't begin to describe our service from ML. Poor IT infrastructure and overpriced commissions aside - assigned drivers either don't show up to collect orders, or they have arrived 60-90 mins late. Disgruntled customers have physically collected their order from the store, and we, if staff can be spared, have self- delivered on several occasions. Devastating reputational damage for a small start-up trying build our business!!!

Menulog driver

I want to share some observations regarding my experience with Menulog over the past several years. When I began delivering for Menulog five years ago, the compensation for each delivery was fair, and the inclusion of waiting charges was a positive aspect, especially during peak times at establishments like McDonald's or Hungry Jack's, where delays often occur.

However, as of 2025, I have noticed a significant decline in pay, and any waiting charges have been eliminated. It appears that Menulog is generating considerable revenue while the drivers are experiencing a decrease in earnings. Additionally, I have encountered challenges with the customer service team, which has become less responsive and professional compared to previous experiences.

I believe it's important for potential drivers to carefully consider their decision to partner with Menulog at this time. There have also been instances where some restaurants have failed to compensate us for delays in order preparation, which has resulted in financial losses for drivers.

I recommend that drivers evaluate their options and possibly reconsider their association with Menulog until these issues are adequately addressed. Thank you for your attention to these concerns.

PEOPLE, SUBMIT COMPLAINTS TO CONSUMER…

PEOPLE, SUBMIT COMPLAINTS TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS!
Order Not delivered.
Customer Service rejected the complaint without delay and without common sense.
I then went to the food outlet myself an hour later and the order was still there waiting to be picked up.
They would not refund anything and would not credit more than $20 of a $44 order, and it took 2 days of arguing to get that out of them.
So they make on that credit anyway.

Don't help their customers

Don't help their customers, they help there stores more and the customer is suffering, I ordered at 8:36 pm and I didn't get my pizza 🍕 mind you 5 minutes to drive here until 10.30pm nah I could have walked there and back.. it was cold food and when I bit into my pizza the crust was Nasty Domino's
