SCAM

SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM !

DO NOT WORK FOR MENULOG COURIER, ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!

I have worked on and off for Menulog Couriers for the last 5 years, I recently started back after a 2 year break, to make some extra cash to help support my family and kids. On my first day back I noticed a promotion incentive, 30 deliveries in a week. I completed this incentive before due date and smashed it ! 2 pay weeks have now passed since this promotion and I have not received my bonus…

To make things worse, I open up a support chat to discuss the issue and wait 2-3 days for a response, and when they do reply they give 1-2mins before closing the chat!

I have written several emails to the email provided by Menulog support faq, to which I have had no response.

I am so heart broken and disappointed with the whole situation, as a single mother of 4 young children all I wanted to do was make some extra money to support my kids. Please guys take my advice and don’t ever pick Menulog couriers, save yourself the disappointment

Do not use Menulog, you will lose money

Unfortunately, there is no "zero" rating. Menulog is a big fraud. They did not deliver our order, we contacted them through the chat, their response was:"The order delivered". We searched around our and neighbours' houses in case the order was left on driveways, but no. We sent them a message that we looked for order, nothing was found. This time their response was:"You address is incorrect". We suggested them to check and confirm , they refused, stating the address is incorrect. We asked for refund, they responded they can't refund it, we must put correct address. All our statements that address is correct were refused, they answered "Nothing we can do for you". WHAT??? We called the restaurant and check with them if Menulog order was returned, they said no. Now, we lost our money we paid. Probably, the fact they are based in the UK allows them to behave this way, we can't find anyone who is responsible for it. And I should mention that their prices are much more expensive in comparison with real prices at the restaurant you order from. Also, they take not only delivery fee, but additionally, something which called "service fee" (they don't explain what it is for). I don't recommend anyone to use Menulog.

Absolute joke!

Absolute joke!! I ordered food from Noodle box at 5pm. I then get a message saying delivery will arrive at 6.20pm. I thought this was OK but not ideal!! I then get a message at 5.30pm saying order is 13 minutes away. Oh goody it's coming early. A number of messages changing from 15 mins to 47 minutes away. Latest says it will arrive at 7.45pm. Restaurant is 5-10 mins from my house. Husband calls restaurant, gets told, order is being prepared now. Still waiting!!! Rubbish!! Don't use!!!!

Good

Good. Just a bit expensive. I never received discount from ordering 6+ times - I actually don’t know how that hasn’t registered? I sort of thought deer from the same place?! lol

Delivery

I have asked - and notice that this was noted, printed and attached to the outside of my order - as I cannot walk for the delivery person to call me with the code and I will give access to the lift and my level (level 2). My most recent order the delivery female was texting me to come down to collect my order. Does this behaviour what I have to pay delivery for. Please define your policy. Also I believe your driver made no attempt to fulfil my requirements.

LAZINESS DOES NOT HAVE ITS REWARDS

The biggest issue is that some deliverers call and tell you to come down and get the food delivery in the street or even worse, they come to the front of the complex and drop it at the front door.

If we pay for food to be delivered, it should be to our door, that is to where it should be delivered.

Did not deliver L went to restaurant to pick my self and you still charged me delivery no my protestations. Never using again as this is not the first time it has happened. After many chats with your rep you wanted to pickup and deliver food cooked 2 hrs previously

Difficult to cancel online:
No option . Never going to get the order & I'm hungry & angry!
Drivers not assigned by ML to pickup
False claims of delivery time
Store cannot cook until driver assigned by ML, else will be cold
Store advises to use UberEats
