Buyer beware
Buyer beware. If I could give zero stars I would. The litter box came previously opened and returned with the label from the previous customer still on the box but scribbled out and the return label broken, so clearly Meowant received the return. Upon opening the box I found the side cover of the unit was missing. It has been two days now and no response from customer service.

Not an odor reducer
The unit works fine, just when it is dumping the litter, it exposes the stored litter with a large opening. The smell explodes and stinks up a small apartment in bursts. Good for cleaning, not good for design to reduce odor.

Very Happy

This is my second Meowant litter box
This is my second Meowant litter box. I bought the smaller model over a year ago. It is still working great, but I saw the bigger one on sale. Had to grab it! Now I have an upstairs and a downstairs box. Both keep track on the app so I know who is using which box. Highly recommended Meowant litter boxes!

After having multiple issues with PetPivot I made a decision to purchase from Meowart for my cat’s needs. I purchased the SC01 unit and it has functioned perfectly right out of the box unlike the other company previously mentioned. So far I am throughly satisfied plus the unit comes with a 2 year warranty. Came quickly, was easy to put together and is very quiet. The only thing I don’t like is not having the option to change the flexible liner. If that was an option this would be a grand slam! Still happy with purchase.

Do not like the fact that I need to download the app in order to change the speed at which the box goes off after its used. Shouldn't be set to 1 minute by default when 10 minutes is the recommendation.

No more scooping!
Buying the first one over a year ago then my second one about a year ago, and now my third one today 5/17/26 I got the large one for my cat that won't use the smaller one, so nice not to scoop and my cats love them too!😻 Can't get them to pair with my phone, but they work great!😊
