I received Outstanding customer support…
I received Outstanding customer support when I accidentally ordered the wrong model. Meowing immediately canceled the order and stopped shipment and I was able to order the bigger box. It was shipped immediately and I received it in 3 days! I have had the SC02 for quite a while and love it, however with my two cats I had to empty the waste container every 3rd day and the SC09 allows me to go longer which better fits my schedule. I highly recommend either box, they are great! Thank you Meowant!

Purchasing was easy
Purchasing was easy. The litter box arrived quickly, on time. The setup instructions are clear, with pictures, and easy to follow. The litter box works as expected, quietly. Followed the suggestion on transitioning my girls from regular little box to Meowant. It took one cat a bit longer. Had to keep it unplugged until she was used to using it regularly. Setup the cleaning time to 5 min. after use, now at 3 min., on the app (very easy to use). This review is for SC02. One of my girls is a Maine Coon. She is bigger than the other girl, but smaller than some Maine Coon females. Overall, excellent experience after 5 months.

This is a huge disappointment
This is a huge disappointment. I was so hopeful.
I am having to wipe it down all day everyday. I am having to scoop the litter as the little pieces re left in the litter. The bags do not fit to poop holder very well. I have to unplug the machine to get it to work several times a day This saves me zero time and it is very small. I will be returning.
I am so sad, I really had high hipes.

Customer service dealing with my order…
Customer service dealing with my order is like pulling teeth.
I had a question on how to cancel an order on a smaller box so I can upgrade the size and almost 24hrs later get a response back that it may be too late because the products were sent with the couriers but they could notify them so the packages could possibly be intercepted. I was asked if I would be willing to just keep that one instead. I responded back yes. I have not received an email back and I sent 2 additional emails trying to confirm that I would just keep what I ordered I haven't gotten a response back and the package has been canceled and I was still charged for the products.

So I really really waithis to work. I have a 26 lb Maincoon cat.. 3 years old. He is long. I also have a mixed coin at 17lbs. This is supposed to fit X-Large cats… my mixed can fit in it, the pure bred cannot. They boy refuse to have anything to do with it after 3 we.

Maine Coons, especially larger purebred cats, can vary greatly in body length and overall size even within the same weight range.

It was delivered extremely fast
It was delivered extremely fast! I think i ordered it on a Tuesday and by Saturday it was delivered. I have 3 cats and two of them got right inside it and made deposits. (Even with them spending most of the afternoon just looking at it lol) my skittish female its taking a little longer but I'm sure she will get the hang of it. I love how quiet it is and how once it's set up it tells me which cat used it. Love love love this product so far and already feel it was a great purchase. I wished I had ordered it sooner!
