Bad buisness ethics, Mercari has blamed me…
Mercari has blamed me for carriers mistake who has lost 3 of my sale items. The items have not been reimbursed or found. The policy is to refund lost items under $200. Instead of a refund they first told me to provide reciept, provided that...then told me I shipped from wrong carrier...I have a reliable dropspot that checked items & gave me the reciept. Then told me it was a private label, when it is their prepaid label. I screenshot the label and sent that too. Then they proceeded to insist it was my fault when updated showed no problems with item going all the way from East Coast to West Coast. All carriers employees say its up to Mercari to reimburse and Mercari keeps closing & blocking my tickets. After over 1,400 sales & 5 star reviews its insulting and appalling this company hasn't reimbursed or returned my merchandise. This has been ongoing since May when 2 items went missing, then another in July.
