Never expected this but now I know..
Support team is not available on telephone during their working hours, they don't reply on your emails too. Payed for DHL Express on 29.12.23., but my shipment is still not at my adress and it said it should be on 2.1.or 3.1.24 delivered. Also I got no tracking number. Literally, theres no way you can contact these guys and expext to solve your problem quickly.

Shoes are really nice, ordered two pairs at -50%, one pair had a slight defect (corroded eyelets) but was able to clean them easily with a toothbrush, so a pretty good deal in the end.
