I already sent an email but I didn’t get any response.
I already bought in store the re-run in size 39, I then bought these online and it doesn’t fit the same at all !! Which is understandable considering they are the same model. I wouldn’t mind if it didn’t cost me in total 30€ of shipping !! I can’t believe we have to send it back at our own cost especially when your shoes don’t fit the same at all! As I explained I don’t car to pay 12€ for shipping if I’m 100% sure they would fit, it’s a scandal. I do hope for a refund for the shipping, I’ll be happy to send an invoice for the shipping back.
