1 1/2 week after order and the 2 pair of shoes still not sent
I ordered two pairs of sneakers on a Monday. 1 1/2 week later it has still not been sent.
Was talking to the customer support from Mercer, which after they reached out to DHL told me told me there was an issue with the invoice for my order.
Last two emails to Mercer I have not gotten a respons to.

Disappointed
After sale service was very disappointing… I bought a pair of shoes in a 39 unfortunately they were to big. I did not read about the return policy before buying (this is not the first thing I do since I always buy online and always have free returns especially when it’s for an exchange).
So I contacted after sale service and exchanged by email with Mikki who clearly did not care and even finished by not answering my last email. When I just asked If there was a solution for me to not have to pay for my return when I just wanted to change the 39 for a 38. As I also had to pay for transport costs twice … no answer and had to pay for everything. Really not good…..
