The only complaint I have is sometimes…

The only complaint I have is sometimes it will not work on duckduck and I have to switch to firefox, for no apparent reason. I never use google as it is so unsafe.
But sometimes duck duck works and if I have to log back in and it does not, and I have to go to firefox (same day). Could even be within the hour. Makes no sense.

But the site is great. I get calls all of the time to switch, and I don't even talk to the other company.

The customer support is about 98% great people who help. There are the people (the under 40's we all have to deal with who think they are entitled and have that attitude), but you rarely get them with Chase.
We do a very large batch run only once a month. Several hundred at a time, and the virtual terminal works great!

Happy With Chase for over 20 years

Our Bed and Breakfast business has been with Chase for over 20 years. We love the simplicity of the system, and the fact that if there is any problem at all, we know that all we have to do is call and they will fix it immediately. We are in Canada and are with the CFIB, which helps us get very good rates with Chase. As with any business, we are inundated with telemarketers trying to sell us other payment systems, but why would we change when we are completely happy with Chase.

The low price of the card reader is great

The low price of the card reader, and no need to change it every few month for a 'more secure' version. I used WF as payment processor for 10 years before and was required to shell out every 4-5 years around $1k for a new card reader. Not with Chase Paymenttech, first the blue box Bluetooth readers are cheap around $50.00 each, and second when you do not want new features you are not required to change them. The only thing that stinks are the frequent enforced password changes for associates accounts. We do very few Credit and Debit card transactions but need to have that capability.

Business Owner

I was led to believe that getting the new card reader would be simple. It was not at all simple and I think you need to advise customers of that. You need a better that average knowledge of call phones and computers. We did get help from Chase, but it took much more time than I expected. The card reader is more than I expected, and I am more than pleased.

Keep it simple but short

To keep it simple but short, Chase overall has so much to offer but really more on the consumer side they should focus more on the small business side as well. I have made many suggestions through a survey recently and I know by doing just do simple processes and products it will make our business much more efficient and effective to grow.

Products and services
1. Offer invoicing the same way you offer quick accept on mobile and online. Make it to where the client can pay debit or credit card plus account and routing number.

2. Offer a scheduling system imagen if I could log into Chase and go to my system where I can accept payment and on top of that manage my schedule

3. Auto loan purchase and refi for business clients

4. Offer ACH, so many businesses clients I help always have someone else for ACH vs using their bank only because the bank makes it so hard to obtain this product it shouldn't be that way. Work more with your business customers and offer this product. You offer it now but rarely do your clients get it. Reason behind that is you want the clients with large cash flow but when you should focus on all your clients banking needs.

Chase could be better but needs to open up more to helping their small business clients.

I have been with Chase since 2012 or…

I have been with Chase since 2012 or so. I had a break between service and I ended up with terrible payment providers that kept my money. I have never had bad processing business from Chase. Their fees are reasonable to me. They have a lot of nice add on products. They have a lot of Gateway options and best of all our deposits hit the bank account the next day. Their customer service on the phone has always been excellent getting any issues resolved right away.

I have been a customer for many years and have always had great service if an issue arises

other than the banking costs (which I am aware are costs from the banks) I have total trust in Chase that they continually try and to keep costs at a minimal
