From our first consultation, Meridian have been accessible, helpful, and flexible to our needs of running a company but with the end goal in mind.

Having gone through a similar restructure eleven years ago, the process was familiar, for the three new directors this was all new but not overwhelming at all, this was down to the engaging approach from Philip and Hattie.
