Merlyn where fantastic especially Andrew, from first to last including speaking with directly and Andrew passing on information.
Speed of response was excellent all together great experience had.

I contacted the company which I had dealt with a year ago and that experience was top notch. I had reason to contact again and I was dealt with by Patrick who I only dealt with via E/Mail but everything was treated as not a problem. My order arrived promptly and an email from Patrick comfirming all this. These days you rarely get quick an efficient Service and this is what I got.

I needed to get some replacement parts for an existing shower. Paul dealt with my queries over the phone initially and then via email. He was extremely helpful and quick. My parts were delivered with a couple of days.

I needed a new screen Lower protector for my shower screen so emailed Merlyn and had a quick response saying they will send me one FOC as a goodwill gesture. I bought the screen 2.5 years ago and am so happy to be able to get a new trim let alone for free. Could not recommend the company more.

What a superb company, if I could give 10 stars, I would.
I purchased Merlyn 8 frameless shower and there was a problem with the fitter who did the job, my fault. I contacted Merlyn for assistance and they offered to send an entire replacement shower at no cost, I could not believe the generosity of the company, I cannot praise their customer service enough.

I contacted Merlyn to ask for help in terms of replacing a part, which they were not obliged to do, basically I had the wrong part for the model of shower door.
They were very understanding in the circumstances, as I could not go back through the supplier I brought the product from. The end result they replacement a very expensive spare part free of charge. I would certainly recommend the customer service of Merlyn from my experience.

Excellent customer service. Merlin replaced our bottom shower cubicle runners free of charge. they arrived by post promptly and took our plumber minutes to install.

Staggering After Sales Service !

I phoned up as the shower we had needed new rollers, this is becuase we have heavily used this shower over the years, and they have basically got to a point they required replacing.

I sent a couple of pictures and phoned as I couldn't rememebr the model. After a couple of chats and emails I was absolutely amazed when they said as a gesture of goodwill they would send them to me freee of charge .

I was absolutely expecting to pay - the trust this has given me in this firm can't be underestimated,

in 2026 it is (sadly) rare as a rare thing to find companies with this level of support and customer service

I would say "Buy with confidence" make no mistake the shower is years old and was also worth every penny we paid !

Brand new top of the range shower enclosure from Merlyn. From the first time it was fitted as per the instructions provided it leaked from the frame at the wall corner and at the door frame. My plumber investigated the issues and after a prolonged time we finally located the leaks source. Against the instructions provided we sealed the door frame on the inside preventing water entering it. This fixed that issue. Attempting to do the same with the frame/wall panel proved extremely difficult eventually the source was discovered to be a faulty factory seal in the glass panel itself. A Merlyn technician attended and was determined that the sealant on the inside was the cause, my plumber informed him that the shower had been fitted as per the instructions and that he had encountered this issue before, stating that the only way to prevent water escaping was to prevent it entering in the first place.
The technician left and we heard nothing else for 7 weeks, eventually having to contact the supplier who contacted Merlyn directly.
Who in fairness offered a full replacement. This would probably have resulted in damage to the shower tray and the newly installed panels etc. We declined this offer for those reasons, requesting instead a partial refund.
The response was they would only stand over the replacement no refunds.
The customer service I.e the weeks waiting for a response were unacceptable and the admission of fault whilst the accompanying offer of replacement without considering a refund of any sort seemed to be aimed/weighted at making the customer say no "who wants the hassle".
So on the whole nice shower enclosure if it works as intended if not be forewarned get a good plumber who can seal it up properly for you.
