Merlyn were quick to answer the phone and equally quick to help with my problem. The staff member was polite and helpful. I needed a part for a 5 year old shower which they quickly found and dispatched and they didn't even charge me for it! What more can you ask.

I have a 25 year old series 9 Merlyn shower cabinet with badly age affected door seals, I sent pictures to the technical team at Merlin who identified the parts required and have them at the couriers within a day… service impeccable, communication first class…thank you Merlyn technical.

I know you have a lifetime guarantee, but I did not expect it to cover the seals—to me, that is wear and tear. The staff were very helpful and replaced the seals for free. To me, that was above and beyond, and I greatly appreciated it. The shower is beautiful and, with this support service, worth every penny. Bravo!

I’d like to leave a review for Merlyn to recognise their impeccable customer service. I purchased a high-quality shower glass screen door from a supplier that stocks Merlyn products. Due to delays, my bathroom renovation was postponed for six months, and when it finally came time to install the door, one of the glass panels was unfortunately damaged.
I contacted the technical team and provided proof as requested. A replacement was arranged the very next day, which was incredibly efficient and reassuring.
Bill Muldowney from the technical team was particularly helpful throughout the process. His support made a real difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Merlyn to anyone considering their products.

If you are looking to purchase a new shower then do yourself a favour and look at Merlyn products. On the 2 occasions I have needed to contact them (due to issues to be expected after a few years of wear and tear) the service I received both times was fantastic. You can email or speak on the phone with real, knowledgeable people - no chatbots and no call centres at the other side of the world staffed by people who can't help. My latest interaction was with Patrick Brennan who quickly and efficiently got what I needed sent out to me. Many companies now see after-sales as a way to sell spares at exorbitant prices or even not provide spares for older models. I was taken aback by how generous Merlyn are in providing assistance. When the time comes to replace our existing showers Merlyn will be my first choice.

Excellent, prompt and courteous service from Patrick Brennan. Had a leaking door frame due to incorrect installation and he immediately identified the issue from pictures and videos.
