We purchased Krono Apalacian Hickory flooring from Mersey Flooring after researching prices online, not only did we a great price, we also got amazing service from the staff. The lady on the front desk was super helpful along with here colleague in assisting with our purchases. We will have no hesitation in shopping there again in the future. Extortionate delivery charge and unhelpful staff
I ordered some T-profiles from this supplier. I was charged £30 for delivery which in comparison to companies like B&Q is extremely high. I chose to order as I needed a specific length and colour.
The package arrives damaged at multiple places, the product is out of shape. I will have to make use of the product irrespective of its state as I have builders coming the following day.
I provided the photos and requested that the delivery charge be refunded considering the package was damaged but the amount of back and forth the supplier did was completely unnecessary ultimately refusing to refund which any other standard company would have done in a second.
Real test of a supplier is how they deal with customers when there is an issue. I would say go with reputed suppliers as they will sort things out in the event of an issue unlike these guys.
