I would just like to thank Brent and Samir personally for being the most selfless and helpful mentors. Not only to me in my business venture but to my partner Sam in his.

I am starting out as a photographer and they gave me an opportunity to develop my business within their Gym.

I appreciate them allowing me into their business as our career interests differ and this didn't benefit them
In any way but they were very welcoming and open to my need to learn and accepted the challenge and found things for me to photograph within their Gym. These photos have opened new business interest for me which I am very grateful for.

As for my partner Sam. Brent and Samir have been very selfless and helpful. They have lead Sam to set up his own business which is now fully established and progressing towards being very successful with their help and guidance.

Looking to join a gym in the area but having read the review on how they treat their employees I’ll give it a miss. How sad.

Fraudsters ..... incredibly disappointed at how Brent & Samir have treated my son . Jack paid Fitco to become qualified as a PT , as soon as they received the final payment the training stalled and instead of receiving a qualification was met with excuses and or complete ignorance . Eventually became qualified but despite this has never received his certificate showing this.
Brent them made contact with him and Sam stating he had a proposition - they work there and become trained in the role as employees with them hopefully eventually running the gym on Brent & Samir’s behalf . Jack and Sam worked immense hours with Brent giving Jack abuse if he dared to take time off despite the ridiculous hours they expected him to work . Jack on several occasions asked when he was getting paid but was met with excuse after excuse so after over a month of hard work left . Jack has still not received a single penny and has had no income for over 7 weeks now . Brent when contacted by ACAS denied ever having employed Jack or Sam stating they were there to learn the ropes . Disgraceful behaviour by two men who should be looking to inspire not stamp on people looking to work hard in a career they have chosen . FITCO will be taken to an employment tribunal . Quite simply a warning for those wanting to become a PT or to be trained by them . STAY AWAY FROM FITCO - FRAUDSTERS

Initially thought this was a great set up , however after doing a PT course with this facility it has become apparent that it is run by frauds , I finished my course in Nov 22, however I have been told my work had been lost , given. Numerous excuses as to why and ignored when questions have been asked . Having paid £1400 in total , you can imagine how frustrating this is yet they paint a picture of perfection online - be very wary

The PTs and Nutritionists are very knowledgeable and helps every step of the way. The teas and coffee are a lovely touch!

Trained at FITCO for the first time a few weeks back and loved it. It can be intimidating going into a gym for the first time but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by two of the coaches Stu & Brent. I immediately felt comfortable and at ease.

The gym has been done to a high quality with top end equipment. I feel inspired to train when I’m there because of the good vibe created by the coaches. I couldn’t see me training anywhere else now.

Extremely supportive & knowledgeable about working with pre existing injuries.
Enjoyed every session and finally feel comfortable and confident I'll get where I want to be.

Amazing facilities run by the best people, they helped me get my PT qualification earlier this year. Their knowledge on coaching and exercise in general has helped me come along leaps and bounds. 100% recommend for anyone looking to get into the industry.

I just completed a week long Level 2 Gym instructor course with the Fitco team and I can't reccomend them enough. Brent, Stu and Samir are all very knowledgeable in their fields and are happy to answer any and all questions. They aim to give their learners as much information as possible to help them throughout their career. The whole space is also a beautiful and casual learning environment that made the whole course even more enjoyable.

First impressions of the course was walking in to the gym facility, and instantly picking up on how clean, tidy and well presented the space was. Brent immediately introduced himself to the group and made us feel comfortable in the facility we would be using for the next 5 days. Over the duration of the course, everything was well organised with each task thoroughly explained as to what we needed to complete, but also afterwards discussing the purpose of the task. Brent and Stu continually asked the right kind of questions to get us to think for ourselves, but also made it clear they would be there to assist with anything we needed help with. I'm delighted with the progress I made on this course, the hands on and practical nature of it provided so much growth that I can take away into my instructing role. I can't thank Brent and Stu enough, both of them are not only just really knowledgeable instructors, but also patient, attentive and decent people. FITCO will definitely be the first place I look to for any future courses.

Thinking of completing your Level 2 & 3 qualification in Personal Training? Look no further. These guys are an absolute credit. They educate you, are thorough with their techniques and teach you how to be the best coach. From the first initial conversation over the phone right up to me qualifying, FITCO have had my back every step of the way. They take the time out to listen and understand exactly what you want to get from the qualification. For me, mine wasn't just the Level 2 & 3 Qual, it was to gain confidence to allow me to be the best version of myself and let me tell you, I'm not the shy girl hiding in a shell anymore! This was genuinely one of the best decisions I've made in life! I will never look back and will be forever grateful for the time, effort and support I've received throughout the course. The support network is incredible and the guys are always on hand when help is needed. I've made some life long friends as well as gaining my PT Qual. A special thanks to Brent for pushing me out of my comfort zone at times i.e. (Public speaking in front of peers), but without that gentle shove of encouragement, I wouldn't be the confident person that I am today. Mesa is by far the best course,I’ve had a great experience as a student. I looked in to a few different course before picking, Mesa stood out to me as the price beats it’s competitors more importantly before signing up I had a chat with Brent on the phone..It spoke volumes how professional and helpful the Mesa team were going to be, and I can confirm coming to the end of my course that they truly followed that through! Brent has been SO helpful, quick and efficient. It was a pleasure being taught by Louie’s and Stu there passion shines through there teaching, they were equally as knowledgable and helpful throughout the course. Highly recommend Mesa!!

I’ll look back on this as quite possibly the best decision I’ve made, through doing this course I’ve grown much more on a personal level than I though my I could. With the support & guidance of the team they’ve helped me put some self doubts to bed about looking to getting into the industry.

I could not recommend MESA enough. Brent and Stu are extremely professional, knowledgeable and know how to help you make the most of the course. The practical days and assessment really allow you to build up your confidence. I loved the course and I feel ready to start as a PT thanks to their expertise. More importantly they always offer you support and encouragement throughout the journey.

I would fully recommend a MESA course for anyone want to start a career as a PT. The guys are hands on and make sure you get the most out of the course, I had support throughout and was made to feel so welcome. I gained so much knowledge from the course and can’t wait to put it all into practice.
