I was so nervous about starting a course with knowing no one. The tutors abs students were all amazing, you were made to feel so comfortable. The support from the tutors are amazing literally get back to you in less than 5 mins each time I’ve had an issue or need some help. FaceTimes if needed and extra help provided. Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing & Personal Trining
I am currently on the level 3 gym instructor and personal training course which is lead by MESA UK. I cannot recommend Mesa enough! I have learnt so much from this course and the help and feedback from the tutors has been amazing. Really fast responses with feedback for coursework and always available to answer any questions or queries. There has been lots of practical opportunities for us to use the gym and the equipment which has really helped us practice our practical exam. The course is based at the waterside leisure centre in Manchester which is a great facility and has all the facilities which are needed to complete the course. The tutors and assessors on the course are really friendly and approachable which made me feel very welcome on the first day. I would highly recommend MESA UK if you are wanting to qualify as a gym instructor/ personal Trainer. 😁

The BEST fitness training provider!
My experience with MESA has been fantastic from start to finish. The tutor Brent has been helpful and attentive throughout, anytime I have needed help he has been there via phone or email. I feel I have learnt so so much and grown in confidence, not only in my career but in myself as a person. The course has given me an opportunity to meet new people, learn about and challenge myself. If anybody is wanting to get into a fitness career then I would 100% recommend MESA, I haven’t got a single bad word to say and I am already planning further studying with them 😊

If you want a career in fitness, this is the place to go. I spent some time looking for the right provider but from the first person I spoke to, I knew I had made the right decision. Everyone at MESA has been supportive and helpful, guiding me every step of the way. The tutors on course were fantastic, very knowledgeable and created a great atmosphere for everyone to learn. I honestly can’t recommend MESA enough...now I not only have the qualification, but also the confidence to build my career having learnt from the best. Thank-you MESA
