Very fast delivery
Very fast delivery, good product. But the packaging itself could be improved for sure. It is not easy to take out the Measuring scoop but even if you do it is nearly impossible to use. The opening of the bottle needs to be bigger.

This order went badly wrong
This order went badly wrong. I logged into my account in order to reactivate a paused subscription of Magnesium Glycinate from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, this was somehow interpreted both as a request to activate the subscription according to the original calendar, and as an order for a second quantity of the same product. As a result, I have been billed for two orders, and I have an email telling me that a third is about to be sent using the calendar I though I had updated.
I tried to log in to my account but was repeatedly refused access, and when I phoned the advertised freephone line there was no reply.
