Company Failed To Take Responsibility for a Serious Error on Their Part
I ordered a pair of boots of a certain brand (ALTERCORE). I already have a pair from that company, so I ordered the same size (41). The boots ship from the Czech Republic, so returns are extremely cost prohibitive ($55 for this pair). When the boots arrived, they were enormous -- small boats! I messaged the company, who said: "To answer your question: No, these are not men's sizes. Actually, Altercore sometimes has different sizing for each model, which is why we don't have a size chart - the supplier can't provide us with consistent sizing information across all models.😕" The rep wrote: "Given that you're a US women's size 9.5, I'd recommend trying a size 40 in this particular boot model. That should give you a better fit." I ordered the 40s, and they too, were way too big. So now I have two pairs of boots I cannot wear or return. I messaged the company again, at which point I was asked to measure my insole. I did so and sent them photos, and then I was told to order the 39. Given that I had already purchased two pairs, ordering a third was not possible. After a few days of frustration that this company 1. knew that Altercore had a sizing problem but has no information posted about that on their site (which I suggested they change), 2. told me to order a 40 which was still too big, and 3. made no effort to help remedy the situation in any way, I wrote and shared a note I had sent to Altercore (no reply) and also suggested that Metal Shop 1. warn ALTERCORE customers about this expensive and annoying problem, and 2. perhaps remedy this, since they bear some responsibility, by sending me the right size boots at no charge. After a few days, I got an email offering that I could get free shipping if I ordered a third pair of boots. That was such an inadequate way to address this problem, which was caused by their failure to include information on their web site and a total failure to communicate to me not once, but twice, about a problem they admitted being aware of. I would not recommend doing business with this company. While the rep was nice, which is always appreciated, I have spent almost $200 and have no wearable boots. Buyer beware.

I do appreciate that metal shop did not know but if they did not know, how was I to know? It is not my fault that they did not know the product they were selling was not the size that it was advertised as so I don’t think it is fair that I’m being penalised by having to purchase multiple pairs of shoes to get the right size. It’s on the company to tell the customer which size they should purchase and if they tell them to purchase the wrong size, then it seems that they should provide the right size without charge.

Was able to find a Metallica product that I could not find anywhere else and then another Metallica product that was 10 to $15 cheaper than anywhere else I found it. $20 for 2-day shipping is also amazing! Everything was packaged well and I was super happy with my purchase.

Can sometimes find sold out Killstar stuff
Anytime I want a piece of homeware from Killstar that is sold out on the actual Killstar website I can usually find it here - because of that I've been able to get an entire collection of ceramicware that had already sold out on Killstar. Even if it was a little more expensive, it was worth it to have those pieces since I really like them.

I like how your company stays true to making sure packages arrive on estimated time and i havnt seen any flaws that my leather jacket i ordered reminded me about how hard it is to break in a real leather jacket like my first leather jacket i got yeas ago i havnt had this expeirience in a long time and to me that shows your company has the best leather jackets and ill continue to come back and recommend to other real leather lovers

ALERT SCAMMERS!!
If you are here wondering if this is a scam I am writing to confirm your doubts. They are selling cheap t-shirts with a print on them, they are NOT original band t shirts. Stitching is wrong, print is done very cheaply and you could probably do this at home with a cheap shirt and iron. They are NOT official retailers or whatsoever. Customer service is also awful, I had so much issues with the order and in the end it would cost me more money to return the package. Scammers!!!

Great customer service! I had initially ordered a pair of boots online but I decided to cancel my order. The customer service team was excellent and very understanding. And they refunded my money promptly.
I think that if I do decide to make a purchase in the future I would revisit Metalshop and supply their business.
