Mislabeled and Over Valued Package
Shipping took a month, but that’s no big deal. However, they mislabeled the customs forms, so I paid way more in duties than I should’ve. Usually ordering a few pairs of socks results in no duties, but if you value the package at $158USD instead of $78USD, I’m going to get screwed. Labelling the package as electronics, instead of socks, doesn’t help either. Now I have to go through the time consuming process of getting the duties adjusted by the CBSA.
Never ordering from MetalShop again.

My recipient still has not received their order over a month after placing it. I’m told they can’t investigate until 30 days after last movement of the product so I’m still waiting. This experience has sucked.
