Charges
Initially I was unhappy with the charges on my recurring payment. Since then I have spoken with Metfolio in regards to my concerns and am now clear on what I will be paying in charges. The person I messaged was extremely helpful and clear.

Hi Abdul - thanks for your review. It is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions that there are storage and insurance fees. Also, this fee was charged every month not every two weeks. Based on our messages, I was waiting on your bank details which are needed to settle your account, as you have gold in your account. The account cannot be closed until this is sorted. Please can you either sell your gold in app, or message us on the chat where we spoke so we can settle this. Theyve taken £2.99 from my account without my permission, im trying to cancel my account, but they keep saying someone will contact me, and they havnt, i dont know what to do. Its given me anxiety that they may tale out more money .

The £2.99 charge was taken in line with our terms and conditions, as you received an email of this charge before it was charged. Moreover, the details of the charge is outlined when you buy gold on the platform.
I am sorry you feel anxiety based off this, but we have been having ongoing dialogue via the in app support, where instructions on how to withdraw your funds were outlined.
If you are having trouble doing this, please reply on our chat, or email me directly at meeren@metfolio.com I'd be happy to do it on my admin end too.

I just completed my target and get my stuff from them.
In uk or anywhere else, nowadays, we all have a trust issue at the beginning i have same issue about money or gold etc .
But, they are not like that people to take your money and boom.
If any problems i have they sort out and give us time to understand and clarify.
I fully recommend that application and people to all my dear friends.

I've used Metfolio for a while now and find it easy to use. Simple software and you can literally invest with a couple of clicks.
The fact it is Apple Pay compatible too, makes it a lot easier. You can also set up a direct debit to invest automatically if you wanted to set a certain amount aside each month.
