Update. I received my refund in full nit from Me Too. The BBB was contacted and letting people know on here, got me my refund.

I absolutely love shopping at Me Too Shoes! The quality and comfort of their shoes really stand out. I’ve bought several pairs now, and every single one has been stylish, well-made, and super comfortable to wear all day.

What I appreciate most is the balance they strike between fashion and comfort—whether it’s flats, sandals, or loafers, I never feel like I’m sacrificing one for the other. The pillow sock insoles make a huge difference, and you can tell the brand puts real thought into design details.

Ordering from the website was smooth and easy, and my shoes arrived quickly. The sizing is true to fit, and the pictures/descriptions matched perfectly. I’ve already recommended metooshoes.com to my friends and family, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Horrible customer service! I've been trying to get a return shipping label without any luck so guess I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Love the shoes but I can not recommend you order directly from this company.

I paid an extra $56+ to have the shoes sent UPS Next Day Air but tracking showed that they were sent UPS Ground. I reached out to the company in time for them to amend the situation but got no response. I guess they felt free to keep the extra money. I'd return the shoes now, out of principle, but don't trust them to refund the purchase price. Shameful behavior!

I found a pair of me too shoes at TJ Maxx. Turns out they are super comfortable, which are hard to find in dressy women’s sandals. Website is easy to use and user-friendly! Now it’s my favorite place to buy shoes!

Extremely Poor Customer Service – No way to reach someone via phone and takes several days/weeks to get a response and Promise to Refund Shipping Not Honored
Shortly after placing my order, I contacted the company within about 30 minutes to request a simple color change. I followed up again when I didn’t receive a response, but no one replied until several days later—after the order had already shipped.

I ultimately received the wrong color. When the company finally responded, they told me they could not change the order but assured me in writing that if I returned the shoes, they would fully refund the purchase and cover the shipping cost. Based on that assurance, I returned the shoes. To make sure there was no confusion, I even printed their email stating they would cover the shipping and placed it inside the shoe box with the return.

When my return was processed, they refunded the cost of the shoes but did not refund the shipping, despite their written promise. I have since reached out again and have not received a response.

The most frustrating part of this experience has been the extremely slow and unresponsive customer service. I have honestly never experienced such a poor level of communication from a company before. It’s very disappointing to rely on a company’s written assurance only to have it ignored.. Do NOT order from this company, they are just horrible!

I have purchased Me Too shoes for many years because they are very comfortable. I need a shoe that is padded enough & your brand works for me!!

The shoes are so pretty and will be extra comfy when I start wearing them after the snow melts.

The shoes were fine but did not fit. I requested a return label and never received it. I have requested it a 2nd time and am waiting...waiting.

I love the Halle flats! Been wearing them for years as they’re the most comfortable, with no break in time.

My only disappointment is that they no longer come in fun colors/patterns. I had them in leopard calf hair, red suede and burnt orange. Now I have to settle for neutrals.

Please bring back more colors!

As stylish as they are comfy, these mesh flats will be my go to spring shoes. The sesame color is the perfect neutral.

I now have a black pair, a navy pair and a brown pair

The shoes I received are NOT what I ordered. They are an off brand of MeToo and do not fit properly. They will be returned.
