Mubin was extremely helpful throughout the entire viewing process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. From answering our questions quickly to guiding us through the details of each property, he really made the experience easy and enjoyable. The agency also offers a wide range of listings across London, with prices that are fair and competitive compared to many others we had seen. It’s clear they put effort into curating good quality properties, which made our search much more efficient.
The only feedback I can share is that they currently have just one office in London. While this doesn’t affect the quality of service, it can sometimes make things a bit challenging—for the agents who need to commute long distances for viewings, and for customers who might find scheduling appointments hard. Expanding their presence with more offices in different areas of London could make the whole process even more convenient for everyone.

We stored our bicycles in the “secure cycle storage” as instructed in their own Home Guide. Despite following every guideline — locking to the rack, securing the door — our bicycles were stolen. There is no CCTV, no proper access control.
Weeks have passed with no meaningful response, no transparency, and no compensation plan from the management. Residents are directed to use a facility they call “secure,” but when it fails, they wash their hands of responsibility.
This is not just disappointing — it’s misleading and negligent. If you value your property and expect clear communication and accountability, think twice before trusting this management.

Sefik, who was our letting negotiator, was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. He answered our questions we had with patience and relevant details. Overall he had a good attitude.
Sana is our Tenancy Progression Coordinator and she was quite helpful too. Although there was some delays on part of Management in approving the documents. She escalated our case on priority at our request.
So far our onboarding experience with Metra Living is good.

We recently moved to Georgette Apartments building (I believe reviews heavily depend on the location) and the overall impression is definitely positive at this point. They could do better in terms of bureaucracy (the most convoluted process we've seen), luckily, the staff is most helpful (our sincere gratitude to Gemma White and Clare Green in that aspect).
However, writing to customerservice at metraliving.co.uk seems to be pointless as we didn't get any reply in over 2 weeks and for that they lose 1 star.

I lived in a property (28 Ensign Street) managed by Metra Living for a few years. The apartment itself was great. But the building management, specifically the property manager (initials GM) was terrible. When the apartment was facing issues like pipe leaks, lift failure, security breaches, and many other issues, the manager failed to escalate our problems many times. Also, the property manager is only responsive and courteous when they want money from their tenants, like renewing rental agreements or contract updates. However, otherwise they are utterly useless and lazy. I would not recommend living in a Metra Living property if you want a good landlord.

Extremely disappointing experience.
After our previous rental agreement expired, we didn’t hear anything for three months. Then, out of the blue, we were presented with a 20% rent increase—along with a much shorter notice period than what would normally be considered fair or standard.
We've been trying to get in touch with our property manager for three weeks now and have only received a handful of vague, unhelpful responses. Nothing has been resolved.
I had hoped that the transition from L&Q to Metra would bring some improvement, but honestly, the service is just as poor—if not worse. At least with L&Q the rent was lower, even if the service was consistently bad. Maintenance requests are still painfully slow, and communication remains unreliable.
