any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally

I've been renting through Metra for some time now. Communication has always been clear and efficient. My property manager, Siobhan, is consistently responsive and helpful – any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.

I haven’t received my package

I haven’t received my package. It was left in the building entrance on top of post boxes while there’s a clear notice for parcels delivery – “do not leave parcels here as thefts operate in the area”

I came to collect my sushi on my…

I came to collect my sushi on my allocated time and they didn’t even receive an order and start preparing it.

The sushi itself were good apart from a spicy salmon one that was a bit too paprika tasting (but that’s just my preference)

Énergie Fitness is a great gym

I changed my gym from Pure Gym to Energie Fitness and never regretted. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The gym is clean, has a great environment, and it’s always a pleasure to work out here.

Just a few points for improvement:
- Please order the blue towels in advance, you run out of them at least once a week. It’s a little annoying to ask you to refill them all the time
- Make sure the Air Cons work
- Don’t turn off the music. The atmosphere becomes less private when you hear how other people exercise

please fix running treadmills

The gym is nice, however the running treadmills haven’t been fixed for months, which sucks cause the choice sometimes is too limited

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
