I ordered skirting from Metres Direct - the service was outstanding from start to finish. In spite of a slight blemish with the delivery company, they duly compensated by applying a finish to the skirting on the house - even though it weren't their fault. The skirting is top quality and so is the company. I'll definitely be using them again.

Very helpful. Took time to understand our requirements and helped planning and designs of our bespoke architrave . There was assurance and communication throughout the project delivered in a timely manner. Would recomend . Joe was our dedicated contact throughout

Wanted some skirting boards and looked on the internet. Soo many companies providing this service. Metres Direct seem different based on the reviews.

Whole process was easy from the ordering to the delivery of the boards. Did not know what to expect in terms of quality but when they arrived they were all in perfect condition and exactly the same! Now look stunning in the room.

High quality products received with prompt delivery (on two separate occasions) for the complete upstairs refit. Would recommend to anyone and will be ordering when the downstairs is ready for the next phase of our project.

Just received skirting and architrave from Metres Direct. Very easy to order (once we'd made our mind up from the many options). Prompt delivery and the driver went above and beyond in delivering the heavy packages inside the house.
Would certainly purchase from them again.

Great experience. Item was sent out on time as promised. Customer service was great. If there was any worries I had, all I had to do was send a quick email and would get a call back straight away with the answers to any questions I had which put me at ease.

I ordered dado rails and received skirting boards by mistake. Not sure how the original mistake occurred, but everyone is human, so the important thing was how the issue was resolved.
I was very impressed with the way Metres Direct kept me in the picture, by phone and email, and resolved this issue so quickly, it was been brilliant. I got the replacements sent to me very quickly as I explained I was in the middle of decorating, all the lengths were correct, and it was a good product.
Great service is rare these days but this was exceptional and I would happily use them again...

I wanted to leave a review regarding the service i have received The staff were very polite and professional nothing was too much trouble. They contacted me every time if i had left a missed call. Ordering the skirting and architrave was easy. On this occasion i had a customer who after i had placed the order decided she wanted a different finish rather than the one she originally chose. When i contacted meters direct my original order had already been cut however when i explained my dilemma the staff were helpful and understand and sorted out the situation for me I highly recommend Meters direct and i will use this company again i will also tell other people about the excellent service i have received from start to finish. People are very quick to complain however i believe in giving credit where credit is due it takes 2 minuets of your time to let a company know that there help and service is much appreciated.

Great quality, selection, and value skirting.

We did hit a courier issue that was out of their hands but MD took control of the situation and did everything they could to rectify and keep us updated.

Will definitely use again.

I recently made an order online and I made a slight error ( my fault) I contacted the company via email and they responded immediately and followed it with a phone call, the issue was delt with and I received an excellent product, excellent company 5 stars

It has been quite a stressful experience renovating our home but we can honestly say that Metres Direct have been incredible.

From contacting them by phone the first time to ask a question, to placing our first order and receiving our delivery. I cannot express how easy they made the whole experience for us, the communication is second to none, their products are of a very high quality and they pretty much bent over backwards to help us (even with a very tight time frame!)

I would like to leave a special mention for Joe, what an absolute star! He was so helpful from the word go, he texted us throughout and kept us upto date with everything from production, to van loading, to delivery and even a check in afterwards to make sure everything was ok. Well Joe, it was more than ok, thank you so much for being so amazing.

Would we recommend this company? 100% yes and we will most definitely be using you guys again in the future :-) thank you so much.

Can’t thank metres-direct enough, we were let down by another company and our builders needed skirting and architrave in a hurry. Sales made sure the order was delivered and we even got a discount! Will be back for our extension.
