During the whole time, my advisor Ben Tweed supported whatever he can to help me with this process. He always provided me with a lot of useful information and set the expectations for next steps which put me at ease. He and his team always cooperated very well and smooth so my journey of getting mortgage seemed very easier but deep down I know that they worked very hard behind the scenes. I cannot thank Keeley and Holly enough for their support throughout my mortgage journey.

What should have been a straightforward application turned into a much longer and more stressful process than anticipated, but throughout it all they remained professional, patient and supportive. There were definitely times when I was calling constantly and chasing for updates, but both Keeley and Holly were always understanding and did their best to keep me informed.

Keeley was fantastic at keeping me updated and relentlessly chasing progress when needed. Holly worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, liaising with the lender and helping move everything forward.

What impressed me most was their persistence. We got there in the end with a much better outcome than anticipated, and after weeks of uncertainty I finally received my mortgage offer. I genuinely believe their dedication and determination played a huge part in getting the application over the line.

Buying your first home can be incredibly stressful, but I always felt supported throughout the process. I cannot thank Keeley and Holly enough for putting up with me and my thousands of calls, and I am so grateful for all of their help.

I started the process of buying my first home 3 weeks ago and yesterday I signed my mortgage offer letter 🥳 I cannot thank Ryan Callaghan enough for his fast and can do attitude. He was very personable and made the whole interaction less transactional and applied the human element to a very robotic process. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and was on hand for any questions and queries I had. Ryan delivered outstanding care and support but really showcased his knowledge and strong ability to achieve positive results. My case manager, Caitlin Appleton ensured this approach was maintained to a high standard. Caitlin updated me almost daily and had a record response time to emails of no longer than 5 minutes even if it was an acknowledgement to a document being uploaded on the portal. Caitlin never left me wondering if docs had been received or if I was needing to provide more. She was too outstanding and flawless in her delivery. Between Ryan & Caitlin what is normally deemed as a stressful time was so relaxed and enjoyable we even had some giggles along the way. Well, that was possibly the fastest start to finish procedure I have encountered.

Within a week, we had been shown a property we like, contacted, given a run through, sent a few links to upload things needed, then a personalised caller dto iron out and query aspects, another few links for other things like consent etc....and done.

Amazing service. Everyone we have spoken to have been fantastic and caring in their roles.
