Lois & Laurie were absolutely fantastic. They worked extremely fast for us to hit our 5 working day period and they were always on hand to take our calls or return them within the hour. We couldn’t have asked for better communication. Laurie was brilliant when advising us on our first mortgage, and explained every step and term. Lois was extremely prompt in requesting additional forms when required - and was always able to assist.

Looks like a Scam company. They don’t answer, don’t give any return, don’t answer calls or email. They called first time, asked me some documents and sad that I’m not elegible. I ask why? They sad because criteria, but they cannot say which criteria it’s and they cannot help me. Looks like a company from governament, just to pick info and money. If I’m Christian, pay taxes(7k a year) have an excellent credit score it’s not enough, what would it be? They cannot say, so, scam for me.

Lois dealt with my case which was somewhat complicated.. a sale that had fallen through earlier in the year, however now back on track and hopefully the rest of the sale will run smoothly :)

Going through the process of purchasing shared ownership housing association apartment, the experience was quite daunting. However, Metro finance were so understanding & patience throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Their friendly attitude took some of the stress out of piles of documentation needing to be provided. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience dealing with Lauren. She was very meticulous with documentation and conveying information promptly and accurately. She was always available for a call to listen patiently, understand our situation and navigate accordinly. Will definitely recommend Metro Finance, and work with them again!
