A great experience with Metrofone

A great experience with Metrofone. It was time to upgrade my old Samsung mobile to a new one. I could have wandered down to one of the mobile shops, nice and easy, chatted to someone there and then paid much much more than buying a new phone or setting up a new contract online. A great contract price with Metrofone. A wopping 600gb of data, unlimited calls and texts, flagship samsung s23
mobile for just £26/mth, short 24 month only contract. Apart from the good deal, there was no need to worry about getting a new mobile online as Metrofone were excellent in all respects. Order placed on the Thursday, received less than 24hrs later. Porting of old number to new phone (which was my main worry) was seamless and well informed between metrofone and my new network provider three. All done in a couple of days. Trade in of my old phone no problem at all. Simple free packaging with label sent after a few days giving me a chance to finish transferring data from old to new phone. Not much else to say really, a very slick transfer, well informed and carefully taken care of. Don't be worried about buying online, all perfectly delivered by metrofone.

Great service

Great service, they don't waste your time, very clear for what they need when applying for a monthly plan, also better offers than going straight to the mobile network company, pretty good on time delivery... thanks!

Probably a scam

Probably a scam, definitely a waste of time. I applied for a phone (s22 5g) got accepted, was sent a phone and simcard, phone didn't work. Was told I had to pay for the return but would be reimbursed (I'm still waiting). After having to call myself because nobody contacted me, they informed me the handset is no longer in stock and I'd have to cancel the order and start a new one. Took them a week to cancel the order. finally got around to reapplying, they went through the system, took a second £2.50 processing payment that I'm still waiting to be returned, only to tell me I've been refused the second time around. Checked things out and I've been informed my credit score has been knocked down due to this companies weird possibly illegal actions. avoid at all costs

iPhone 16 pro max supplier mistake

I ordered through Metrofone as they came up on USwitch as the cheapest 2 year cost. They are a joke. Zero communication, then when I got hold of them they said my colour of phone choice (black) was out of stock for atleast a few weeks.

They had not contacted me I called them. They then agreed to swap the colour to silver and it arrived 2 days later.

Since then iMessage and FaceTime don’t work as they ported the number incorrectly, Vodafone won’t help as it’s through Metrofone. Apple confirm it’s a supplier error not a hardware one.

I would only buy direct from the carriers moving forward as these middlemen remove all assistance you would normally get.
