I just had fitted a beautiful wardrobe of 3m x 2m with Japanese sliding doors and tobacco coloured carcass. I am really impressed with the quality of it. It has transformed the look of our bedroom and has given us tons more space to fit all our clothes and linen. Magda in the office was very helpful and so was the designer who only came once but did a great job. We had quotes from various companies but this was the best design of all of them at a competitive price. Only one issue: fitter did not turn up on expected date but Metro dispatched a team the next day.

Amazing service, reliable, fast, affordable, friendly. Luci, Magda, Ranto, James and others helped us from minute 1 until everything was fitted perfectly. Highly recommended.

Do not really have much to say, except that the designer came and produced the design for wardrobes for the loft and was quite pleasant. I received the email with the computer image of the wardrobes, but I replied back with a alteration of the design and I did not receive a reply. I emailed back further, but have still not received a reply. Not much else to say, just a poor way to run a business not following up. I need a simple job done, so will go elsewhere.

I had always fancied a walk in wardrobe but thought it would involve huge expense and hassle. From the moment that I contacted Metro Wardrobes, the whole process was simple and straight-forward - and much more reasonably priced than I had expected. Metro Wardrobes transformed my box room into a fantastic walk in wardrobe and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Very friendly staff and helpful when it comes to explaining about the fitted wardrobes. I've personally met the management and I must say they are very professional and good to deal with.

Initial consultation with designer was great and they gave us lots of confidence in their craftsmanship. He showed us many options hand worked with us on ideal design. At this point we paid 50% which we were happy to do.

Experience after that was very negative, we were passed on other members of staff who were rude, demeaning and discourteous. They were meant to turn up at our house to finalise design twice and on both occasions didn't arrive. We requested to cancel the order as they hadn't even provided a receipt at this point but this was rejected & and we accepted if they deliver the order on time and well we would go ahead.

Subsequently had issues on installation, when we were raising valid issues (interior not what we had agreed in final design) I had an office manager called James speak to me very rudely down the phone accusing me of lying of the interior I had ordered and they sent a large aggressive character who demanded balance payment like a balliff, all in all a horrible experience.

Advice is do not go with these guys at any cost, you'll save yourself maybe a few hundred quid Vs sharps but you'll pay for it in quality and poor service. We have a new home and more rooms to have wardrobes built but on our first order we have been absolutely disappointed and so will take our business elsewhere.

A very helpful designer spent a lot of time working on our project. A fairly big job of 4 bedrooms and a living room was expertly managed. The fitters did an outstanding job and the Cascina Pine fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers look absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Metro Wardrobes!

I recently shifted to a new apartment in Hillingdon and wanted a bespoke wardrobe for my room and my kid's room. A friend of mine recommended me Metro wardrobes. Since I love minimalistic designs and subtle colors, capital bedrooms gave me exactly how and what I wanted. The color and designs for my wardrobe as well as my kid's wardrobes were exactly as per our requirement and in sync with the functionality of the space. I am so glad to have chosen Metro wardrobe for my home. These wardrobes are the highlight of the house. Thank you guys (y) Amazing job done!
