Happy with what we got
Very excited for our next order to arrive here in New Zealand
Only took 10 days to get here….

The Web site is user friendly.
The product is great, we are very happy with our axolotl. I was wanting the loooongest one but there wasn't any available.
The plushie is so soft and cuddly, but really wish we could have got the loooongest one.
It was delivered in a good amount of time.

Order came in about a month and the product was exactly as advertised. I absolutely love it and will be ordering again.

The shipping was fast considering that it was ordered near Christmas. I got it for my girlfriend and it (not to sound like a bot) changed her life. She suffers from pain when sleeping and the mewaii was soft enough for her to sleep comfortably again. I got the medium size which was perfect for cuddling and for road trip naps and is very easy to clean! The plushies are worth its cost and definitely plan on buying more in the future!

So I tried to order a couple of things for my nieces in Utah for Christmas. The website said I can order now and it would be there by Christmas time. I discovered after I paid for everything that your company is based in China, and if I had known that I would not have even bothered because every time I order something that comes from China it takes an extrordinarily long time, and that's not your fault, but it's the way of the world and I wish that your web site would at least let people know that the items that we're ordering are coming from China to give people an idea of how long it will take to receive the items. Also, once the items were here in the states they couldn't be delivered because I didn't give the whole address, which was my mistake, and I'll take the blame for that one. But then the package was taken back to a distributor here in the states and destroyed!? That didn't make any sense to me when all I had to do was fix the address. I just had to add an apartment number, that's it! Anyway, the website is misleading, and when things can't be delivered they're thrown away as opposed to recycled so some other child can have them. Sorry, I really wanted to like these things, but it kind of messed up my Christmas plans, so yeah.

Everything arrived ok but unfortunately way later than committed. The delivery was supposed to be 4 days, but it was almost 3 weeks. Granted...it was just before Christmas but still. Our guests from the US were here and left and now we have to send the gifts to the US. :(

Ordered two plushies that have never arrived. Evri said there was a ‘software issue’ which meant they just didn’t send the items out for delivery. Since then Mewaii have been painfully slow in rectifying this issue (as it’s Evri the onus is on the the shipper to solve any issues). It’s been over 40 days and Evri still have the items (marked for return to sender) and Mewaii don’t seem able to instruct Evri to get the order returned to them. I’m left out of pocket.

I ordered three plushies, mushroom family Astra axolotl,mushroom family duck Green,and fluffffy family devil kitten black. I had also originally placed an order for one scoop but there was an issue with it and it took a while to resolve the issue but in the end I got my refund and I love my plushies I think it was totally worth it because they're super cute and high quality and I love them

The Loong family are the best plushies ever!!! I literally gift them to everyone and they're equally obsessed!! All of my girls have them and we're waiting on 3 more! They're perfect for snuggles and for babies!

My kids LOVE their plushies. Probably one of their top fave Christmas presents this year. They did take a while to arrive. And customer service is slow to answer in my experience...but it was a very busy time of year being that it was December. I would definitely order again.

Delivered in timely manner, I sleep with this every single night

The 'Mushroom Family Strawberry Cow' plush is cute but a bit disappointing. The shape and feel of the plush didn't turn out as expected - The shape doesn't match the product imagery that's advertised online and is not as mushroom-shaped as expected. The feel of the plush is also similar to the feel of a claw machine plush; a bit on the tougher side rather than super soft. Wouldn't recommend purchasing this one.

The 'Fluffffy Family Bee Omom Axolotl' is perfect! It exceeded expectations - I absolutely love how soft and fluffy it feels and it looks just as cute as it appears online. No complaints about this one - Would definitely recommend purchasing this one.

I've ordered 2 items so far, the first was from the mushroom family for my baby grandson, and it's lovely. The other one is for my son's partner it's from the looooong family for her birthday which isn't till March, but I'm sure it will be lovely

This shop doesnt even care for their customers! No update on tracking, no update via email, no answer on their FB Page!!!!

Great stuffed animals, great deals, and cute stickers that come with the package! I've never had any issues when ordering from Mewaii!

The shipment took a long a time and when I received it they had sent the incorrect order.
