Didn’t receive my item although it said that it was delivered

The products are well made, but what I recieved wasn't reflected in what I'd purchases.

I would love to leave a review if I ever get my 5 scoops I purchased between 2 orders on 1/2/23...Now the order I placed on 1/12/23 has already shipped according to the tracking number they emailed me...I have emailed them & waiting for response...but by the other reviews I've read this is a common thing with this company & most have had no luck in getting their orders or their money back...at this time I would never recommend this company to anyone...If my orders are delivered or money is refunded then I will happily update my review!!! I would expect this from Wish but even they follow through & atleast refund their customers!!! DO BETTER MEWAII!!!!
UPDATE...So the scoops I had recieved on the live & what was shipped to me were completely different...the stuffed animals were like a knock off brand compared to what is shown on their lives...along with not receiving my original scoops, I also was supposed to get a 5 scoop freebie (some big animal) & nothing!!! This company is a joke & I would never do business with them again!!!
Oh, and good luck contacting customer support & actually speaking with a human...they can reach out to me now & try to make any of this right...but I won't hold my breath...

In and are super soft, one had a little issue with delivering but was an easy fix after a wait but other than that love them!

I love my little black spooky kitty. So soft to sleep with. I hope to buy some more of these adorable stuff animals.

These plushies make me so happy. They are so soft and cute. The long ones are great to cuddle with.

I originally found Mewaii when I was looking to buy one of their long cat plushies, as I had seen someone reviewing them after ordering their own. When mine arrived I was very surprised by the quality, it was so soft and cute! I added a little more stuffing to it though, just because the paws seemed a little under filled, but it was very easy because of the small zipper in the back. There was also a small sewing mistake on the chin and I’m sure the plushie would have been eligible for an exchange, but I was already attached to him so I just fixed it myself. I was impressed, so I ended up going back and ordering plushies from the mushroom family as Christmas presents for my friends! Each of the designs are so unique, and it was fun to pick ones that matched my friend’s personalities. They arrived in perfect condition as far as I’m aware, and they even have a weighted bottom so that they stand upright! The delivery was accurate and easy to track both times, and the plushies were well worth the wait. I also appreciate the packaging, it’s simple and compact but they use a cute custom tape that makes them easy to recognize. Bonus, each order comes with a little sticker sheet of the characters! Overall, these plushies are super cute, and I hope to order again in the future.

they never really answer their emails or dms i been trying to reach them about my order ($90) and they never respond

I bought 4 different stuffies from here and they r beautiful my daughters both loved them all . Only one had a little less stuffy inside but others was great . Shipping did take a while, didn’t get everything till after Christmas but they was still happy.. I was glad that we at least got them all . I would order again but a lot sooner so I can make sure they arrive on time especially if it’s a holiday or birthday..

Great purchases. Gave them as Christmas presents and the recipients absolutely love them. Came in good time for Christmas.
Sote was easy to navigate for this technophobe. Will definitely buy again and tell others about the site

The plushies were really soft! And served as great New Year's presents.

I ordered on December 23, 2022. I had a large order, $84.39, I have never received it. E-mailed a couple of times, said it was getting ready to ship, never came. I'm home most of the time and there is someone home at all times. I did receive another order, it was for $29.62. I really like the cats (2) that i received. My credit card was charged the $84.39. I wish there was someway i could still get my..big order.

all items arrived earlier than expected. packaging was very good. quality is superb, very soft touch and feel, all different styles of the mushroom, classic or axolotl we ordered were in perfect condition. my daughters loved it from the first time they saw it! so lovely...

My original oder was lost. Reordered another. Received that one. Asked for refund on origami order. Have not got a response or credit yet!!
