My order of 6 in total and none are as described
They are all small, lumpy, and not like the other one that my mum ordered which was full- the right size.

This is now my second order that has come with faulty products!

The returns policy is absolutely ridiculous nor do they even reply. How are you to return an item that’s been open to check the item and also pay for shipping even though it’s faulty…

I placed an order on Black Friday last year and have yet to recieve any items purchased.

I have not got my stuff in!! 😡😡

Ordered one of their gifts as a Christmas present in early December, never shipped, no updates, no nothing. I reached out to see what's going on, I got a canned answer and no follow up. After another few weeks I asked for a refund. After another week, they sent the refund for the wrong amount. This company is completely incompetent. Avoid.

I love these guys. My bed is full of them. I have Mommas and babies and love them all.

I ordered 2 scoops yesterday but for what ever reason I am muted on your page.
The other day I was asking for a big item for my son who is sick (has cancer) and one of your MODS told me to stop begging and muted me!

I would really look into the type of insensitive people you have as moderators because if that’s what they consider begging that’s disturbing.

I don’t think paying for an item and placing my suggestion is begging. I have bought 2 different orders from your company and was super satisfied since this happened.

I was so distracted that I didn’t even get to see what items I got yesterday when I ordered and if I was even lucky enough to get any bonus balls, can you please check on that for me I would much appreciate you!!!!

I love my cuddly toys! They are so fluffy but the only thing is with my long one I don’t have a tumble dryer at home so I had to find another way to fluff it. If you can, please add other ways! Thanks for reading this! Love them. Already ordered another 💕 also took a while though sad about that. Ordered another and it’s so cute but again took a while so I’m still a bit sad about that but the plushies I have are so cute. But again my looong one (phantom) still isn’t really fluffed because I don’t have a tumble dryer to do so. Please find another way and mention it. I’ll be grateful and I’m sure so many others.

Web site is a little odd for ordering and it took a little while to arrive but plush animals are quite fun and had good detail.

I bought a long kitty for my 7 year old grandson for Christmas, he said it was his favorite gift that he received! He Everyone loved it and 3 of my adult children told me they wanted one too so I bought one for my oldest daughter for her birthday this month and she received it 2 weeks after I ordered it. She was very happy with it. Great quality super soft under $20 great gift!!

the plushies are very affordable and the quality is so nice☺️ they’re so soft and squishy and the designs are so cute, i love them so much! the shipping isn’t super quick but it’s definitely not slow as it’s coming all the way from china to australia for me. the only thing i would love to see is some more variety in the shapes you can get! i love mewaii and the company just gives off such sweet vibes❤️

I placed an order about 2 weeks ago on live. I ordered 2 scoops and put a request with no cat and lamb. I will also received the bonus sea creature with 2 scoops purchases. I just received my package and there were 2 cats and 1 lamb in the package. Also my bonus gift was not in the package. I emailed the customer services twice with no responses. I am very upset about their customer services. Please think twice before you placed your orde.

i bought 2 long family and 1 mushroom family from nayd, they are so cute and comfortable, i love them, i will probably buy more plush from this place later.

Ordered there two times already and so far all packages arrived safely. The products were as advertized, only one seam was slightly imperfect but alright considering the price. Took over a week each time but as long as it arrives I'm happy. Was also faster than other comparable plush shops online.

I ordered something around a week ago it was really fun looking at it being packed but when I checked to see my package today it wouldn’t show up anywhere and I can’t see we’re it is

My daughter was so happy to get hers. She took one to college and kept one for home!

Package was delivered as expected, and the quality of the product was as advertised. My friend loved her Christmas gift, 5 stars.
