Was very pleased with the quality of the products i ordered. Myself and the kids absolutely loved what we ordered and will be purchasing more in the future! Received shipment in a timely manner even with it being Christmas time.

I’m obsessed with these stuffed animals. I’m not even a huge stuffed animal person. When I seen them on TikTok live. I wanted one so bad. I made 2 separate purchases in a week. The first time was my mistake. I thought I needed to buy a scoop to win the ones in the back. It’s fine because even those ones are cute and super soft. I reordered again and got the ones I wanted. I just reviewed both of my packages. Max is 2 weeks to get here. They are so soft & squishy. I’ve never had a stuffed animal like that. It’s worth every penny for one. I’m absolutely going to be buying more. I was worried it was a scam but thankfully it was not. I got everything and I’m so happy.

I ordered a looong 52in and it was 44in. When I asked about it they said that it is from the TIPS of the ear to the TIP of the tail so just know you're getting a 44in cat body not a 52in.

I ordered 3 scoops during their valentine special (included 5 freebies). Opening the packages with my kids felt like Christmas. My kids LOVE every single one, and so does my husband and I. They are of much better quality than I predicted, extremely soft and cuddly. I contacted customer service and they responded the next day with great clarity and helped me figure out where my packages were. I did receive everything I seen from the live too. Very pleased with everything and even ordered from them again just a few days ago. So excited! I just wish they were able to do 'scoops' still.

I ordered a loong plushie for my bff's birthday and she loved it. It arrived really quickly before her birthday 💓 (8 days) They give you stickers and a free coupon for your order. Their plushies are so soft and they have a good quality it's amazing!!

It arrived quickly considering it was shipped from another country. All of the plush characters are adorable and of good quality. My daughter was very happy with this purchase. Thank you Mewaii!!!

Answer my emails right away. The product is way better than expected. MY SON LOVES IT! Took it to school and sleeps with it. I'll be ordering again.

I have ordered and received 5 scoops. All of what I saw on Live is what I received with exception of 1 magic ball that I was supposed to receive. Instead they sent me 2 of the same "extra". They are good quality and what I expected.

I have been dealing with their customer service for weeks now saying the same thing over and over with them not understanding and I am losing it.

My package was delivered to the incorrect address and by time I found out which address it was at, the recipient elected to return it to sender. I tried to reach out to the post office before it got too far, but alas, my package was gone along with over $100.

Explaining this to them has been agonizing as they keep telling me "it shows it was delivered". Yes, it was delivered, that's not the problem.

I ordered the package on the 8th of January. The shipment email says it arrived on the 18th of January. The package was shipped back the 26th of January. Which means it should have returned to them by now.

I don't think I have ever had to deal with such incompetence. It's like they don't even understand what the words "returned to sender" mean. Every word I say is being ignored and treated like I'm still complaining about my package missing.

Save your time. Unless you luck out and are able to be the lucky few that have a perfect product delivered flawlessly, this company's customer service will drive you insane.

I ordered two toys for Christmas They arrived on time. The toys were vacuum packed and took a while to puff up fully (I didn't have a tumble dryer to fluff them up in).
They were honestly better made than expected - very soft and cuddly. They made lovely presents.

Hi everyone, yes. It's me again. Today is the 22nd of February. Mewaii replied finally after a few days (WITH A PHOTO) that the parcel was delivered on the 16th of January at MY BUILDING GARBAGE DOOR. WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED.

First, we did not have any emails saying it was delivered, second, there was no doorbell rang ever at our door, and they left our parcels with the building garbage, and the tracker sent by Mewaii did not update us (on their website, on the app, or on the delivery company's website). Mewaii asked us to contact the delivery company after a month, AND NOW THEY EXPECT US TO FIND OUR PARCEL THAT WAS LEFT WITH THE GARBAGE AFTER A MONTH OUR PARCEL WAS LEFT THERE WITH NO UPDATES.
(And, of course was taken away by the trash company a few hours after)

We contacted the delivery company, but they are not directly dealing with customers. Mewaii should be the one taking action for their customers and then ask for repayment or a settlement of the problem to the delivery company. We are still waiting for a complete reimbursement from Mewaii. Given how many horrible reviews are posted daily about missing, incomplete, damaged, or never arrived deliveries, I cannot understand how they are still dealing with that delivery company. (Maybe because there is literally "cheap" written in the description of the company).

This company goes from bad to worse, offer no reasonable advice, one plusie already broken the larger ones are soft the ones on live are ones you simply get out of vending machine.
I paid nearly 100 dollars including shipping only send one scoop @39.99 when paid for two.

The children watched it live they remembered what was in their bags, company basically calling me liar.

They sent out , but one bag was missing. And the large ocean plusie already broken ..

I ordered the pink kitten for my daughter and ordered 3 diffrent ones from the long family and 2 from the mushroom family i ordered them just a few days ago havent received those yet but we love them. The pink one we have is so soft and so cute and cuddly

Got my bag and it was filled with great stuffed goodies. The scooper was awesome. I've gotten 2 shipments with definitely order again. Thank you
