Hi, in my opinion the shipments, they only should be charged for entire purchase, because we charge shipping of each brand.

I like your site, however I had have trouble with a couple orders (once the products were expired, other one product was missing) and never got a reimbursement or anything from you guys

Main service is quite good, good brands are offered along with good rates, yet freight forwarding and distribution options that often the brand picks to deliver items it's bad as well as their reply time. I do understand that due to current circumstances delays are expected and I have nothing to complain about that, notwithstanding, at two orders for which I paid for the delivery, they got the wrong address twice although my information was pretty correct upon the Privalia app, once I even had to pay to the delivery man an additional fee because transportation company got my order delivered to the wrong person and they had to retrieve it, I mean, aren't they aware an ID should be requested? if not, kind of bothers me that absolutely anybody can accept a "free product/delivery" because no identification or confirmation is required to offload the products. The second flaw was purchasing some baby costumes and what I received was not what I paid for, once again, I reached to Privalia staff and they assured me that I would get the replacement, not a refund, and that I should only wait for the delivery man to retrieve the wrong product, needless to say, that the delivery man never came and upon the app it claims that I shall get a refund rather than the replacement I was told.

Either way, I get that one of the mistakes may be on behalf of the parcel service selected for the delivery, but I tried to reach Privalia staff multiple times and never get a reply, which definitely makes me not want to buy from them again

I love shopping in Privalia, they have great products at very good prices. My only suggestion for the team is that they can improve their delivery times. In general everythig is perfect, great team!

It is a great way to get fashion clothes or any other gadgets for home.

Unfortunately customer service is not the best when needed, but rarely you need it.
