Their mobile application is really good…

Their mobile application is really good to look and find what you want. The reason I don't give a 5 stars review is because they have some opportunities on purchase follow up. The shipments are not as good as other platforms like amazon. Shipments used to take long time, so, you need to take this into consideration when buying. However, overall is a good platform to get really good offerings at a good price. Recommended!

Several problems with premiums service

My purchases are ok i have no problem with that, but i pay for premium service one month ago, and everytime that i want to buy in mi ticket appear the amount of the sending service, ive send more than 4 mails everytime i want to buy but i get no response

I´ve only had one issue with privalia

I´ve only had one issue with privalia, so i ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong ones, and i never got contacted...

I got tired of waiting, and i gave you the benefit of the doubt, and i didn´t get any problem at all.

Hope you can get better at the customer service.

Post sale service its bad

Post sale service its bad, the product description its poor, 90% of my purchases has arrived as they described the item, the other 10% did not. The return process was easy but they charged me over the 15% of the value for changin a product that did not coincided with the description...

This App is excellent to get good products of well-known brands at low prices all year. I’ve received all my orders correctly and in time. However, I would like to find more variety of brands and products available in the App.

Privalia has a lot of good brands

Privalia has a lot of good brands! Their sales are amazing!
I enjoy visit their page to see what is new and see if a sale continues or is over.
Their delivery service is ok BUT I recommend you that if you buy something over $600 MX the delivery will FREE
