DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or order from this company!
The lashes don’t work and they don’t honour the 30 day risk free trial!
I have been battling with them for the past 6 weeks or so to get my money back. They told me I couldn’t get my money back but offered me a 50% refund which I was told would be in my account by 7th September.
It’s been over a month and lots of emails back and forward to them and all the response I get is they will look into it.
I did say I would write this review on Trustpilot and email Trading standards if I didn’t get my refund so that’s what I have done.
They are falsely advertising a money back guarantee. They make application look a breeze but the lashes don’t stick together on the eyelash. AVOID and DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Poor Do not order!

I placed an order on 3rd September 25 that never arrived.
Customer support did respond, but only said it was a delivery company issue and offered a replacement promised arrived within 3 days. After more than 10 days still no delivery and no more response from Meylora.

What’s worse, the subscription setup is unclear and feels hidden during checkout. Interestingly, the delivery issues began right after I cancelled the subscription.

After weeks of waiting, I finally had to request a refund through my bank. Very disappointing overall — poor transparency and no responsibility taken.

This is a real scam

This is a real scam. Please save yourself from this. They tricked me into subscription. I even didn’t manage to put these lashes on, as it’s terribly difficult. After they took two payments I was shocked to see that they have tricked me to subscription. Tried to contact, all bots. I cancelled subscription, received email as proof of cancellation. Despite cancelling, they again took 27 GBP from my account. It’s worrying , will seek help from authorities. I have emailed , haven’t received any response yet.

Meylora is a scam

Meylora is a scam, they are stealing people money. On the 5th August 2025 I ordered Meylora lashes for £19. On the 5th of September 2025 Meylora took another £19 from my Bank Account, making a total of £38 and till today the 5th of October Meylora had never sent me my order nor returned my money. Meylora is a disgrace

I ordered lashes on Sept 10th

I ordered lashes on Sept 10th. It is now Oct 3rd and I can't get them to refund me or send me another order. I have never received my lashes. I keep getting replies back a week after I message them but nothing is being done about it.

𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 – 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐦! Even one Trustpilot star is too generous. As of 24 September, I still haven’t received the order I paid for on 30 August. On top of that, the company automatically switched my purchase from a one-time order to a subscription without my consent.

The order

The order, which included shipping fees, experienced a delivery delay exceeding one month, and the packaging arrived damaged. Furthermore, the eyelashes are of substandard quality, exhibiting difficulties in application and a tendency to appear misaligned. Based on this experience, a recommendation for this company cannot be provided.

Total scam

I bought two pairs of lashes, followed all instructions and they wouldn’t fit. I then found out I had been automatically enrolled into a subscription services where the company take £19 out of my account and I actually have never received anything for this subscription. When I noticed this last month I went on the website to cancel, and now I have checked again and another payment has been taken. At this stage the company are actually just taking money. This is a scam, do not trust this company.

Our subscription program is clearly disclosed at multiple stages — on the product page, in the cart, at checkout, and again in the confirmation emails sent after purchase. Customers also receive upcoming order reminders and can cancel at any time directly in their account.

In your case, our system shows that your subscription remained active until you canceled it through the customer portal on September 7th, 2025. A cancellation confirmation email was sent to you at that time. Until that cancellation was completed, the subscription remained active and continued billing as stated in our policy.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve communication, but it’s important to emphasize that the subscription details and cancellation process are fully transparent and accessible to all customers.

Do not buy, utter rubbish

The reply on here from meylora is incorrect, they refused refund so PayPal had to investigate, I can prove this, I write this as meylora tried to tell trust pilot that my review was not truthful! But thkfully trust pilot realised it is truthful. Pay pal got me my refund but meylora emailed me saying they wld send a new set of lashes if I removed the review! Needless to say I've never received a new set

Product arrived with only magnets at the very ends, so nothing in the whole length to hold lashes to eyes, I immediately complained, they asked for photos, I sent photos proving it, now they want me to pay for the return as well as lose a 15% restocking fee! The product is damaged and unusable, why should I lose money? It should have been an immediate refund
Disgraceful company do not use

I ordered my lashes in June 2025 and I…

I ordered my lashes in June 2025 and I am still yet to receive them!!
I needed them for an event in August that has well and truly passed and I still have not received my order.
I received an email from them on the 18th of August to say they were being reshipped and they still have not been shipped 3 weeks later!
Their customer support is poor and it takes multiple emails to even get a response.
Very disappointed in their service.

Don’t work, tried daily for a month, and be aware of the subscription that you get with initial purchase, you don’t subscribe to marketing material, you pay £19 a month for a membership

SCAM COMPANY – AVOID MEYLORA LASHES

Here is short summary of my experience:
I placed one order in July, 2025 and received the products ( 3 weeks after the order). And apparently I was tricked into a subscription I never wanted. They charged me £19 on 5th August and again on 5th September, and I received nothing for these payments.

When I tried to unsubscribe through their website, it said there was “no subscription associated with my account.” When I contacted them, I only got automated emails saying I was put on a “cancellation request list” with no timeframe. Despite this, they still kept charging me.

This is a deliberately misleading setup designed to take money from people without their consent.

Do not trust this company — they are running a scam!!!

THIS WEBSITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM

THIS WEBSITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I ordered magnetic lashes and got charged twice, but never received anything. On top of that, they set up a fake subscription with monthly charges without my consent. I paid a total of €65 and never received a single product. They make it impossible to get your money back. Do not trust this site – you will lose your money. Avoid at all costs!

Just received my lashes and they are…

Just received my lashes and they are exactly what was advertised but I am unable to fit them to my lashes, so I have contacted meylora 3 times to ask for a refund and the process with no reply. Im really disapointed as they say they offer 30 day return. Yet to receive any correspondence from them. Order number MLL160901

Great response after this review, refund given obvs with the 15% taken off for thier admin which it does state. Glad I have not lost too much money for something I vouldnt use. So over all theydo get back to you in the end.
