If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete scam. I ordered 2 as buy one get one free. Then they only sent one- when I complained they kept saying I only ordered one pair.
Honestly the lashes are really bad! Stay clear , edit they emailed me saying that if I took the review down they would send me another pair- which they did not. Now they are saying it’s containing defamatory content and trying to get this taken down.
Honestly stay clear!!

I’m starting to get a bit nervous…..

I’m starting to get a bit nervous after reading the reviews. See, I ordered my lashes on 8/12 and still no lashes and no “They’ve been shipped” confirmation as of today 8/26. It’s been 2 weeks and they haven’t even shipped. So since i haven’t received the product to review I can only give feedback on my ordering experience. Which i’m sure comes as no surprise to anyone. 👎🏻 Do better….

Refund process is non-existent

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered these lashes in 5/25; I have been in constant contact with customer service regarding a refund. Started the refund process immediately. I followed all of their instructions to receive a refund and I keep getting a system generated email that they are awaiting an answer from the refund team. Today is 8/19 and I still do not have the refund minus the shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.

Beware this company has a hidden…

Beware this company has a hidden subscription charge that you have to deactivate. I however did not see this and have been deducted a further 19 pounds, 2 weeks later. I contacted them and they refused to refund it. I feel like I've been robbed. Also on their own reviews they post the same girls photo again and again. Totally fake sight .

I ordered 2 boxes of the Meylora…

I ordered 2 boxes of the Meylora lashes. They came in 2-weeks. My sister and I followed the instructions and took us 2-hours to put them on. It was not as easy as instructed. I decided to return them as we do not have enough time to put them on daily. I emailed customer support 2 times and it took some days for them to return my email. Then they said I could return them but there was no address to be found on the email or on the website. Also, there is a 15% restocking fee and must be in original boxes. I am now awaiting to where to ship it to and even if I will get a refund. This is terrible customer service. I would not order from here again. I will probably just be stuck with lashes that I will not use. Don't order from here!

I ordered two sets of the magnet…

I ordered two sets of the magnet eyelashes and they broke at first use. The magnets fell off. When I emailed meylroa they said they cannot refund but send me a new set. They advised me that they will send the tracking number once shipped however they didn't.
I emailed them again asking about the tracking details and they responded to me asking me to send the eyelashes in their original packaging. The eyelashes are broken. How can I send them back.

Don't trust this website.

Fraudsters

I ordered my lashes on 21st July 2025. A few weeks later I received a failed payment email for the 'Insider's Club' subscription I never agreed to.

Having attempted to track my original items as weeks had gone by since I last received an email to say my items were out for delivery. I saw that they had updated the tracking link with a 'delivered' status.

I emailed the company and they provided me with the same tracking link and suggested I contact the local courier- yet no courier company name or details was listed. They did not attempt to deliver my item. They took my money, signed me up for a subscription which I did not approve and attempted to take more money from my account and failed to deliver my item.

This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER from Meylora.

The company said that they would follow up directly, which they did not. They implied that I needed to follow up with the 'local courier,' yet no named courier was given. I still have not received my item nearly 9 weeks later.

Regarding your delivery concern — we use contracted couriers, and once an item shows as ‘delivered’ we encourage customers to contact the local courier for more details, as they have all information regarding deliveries. That said, our customer care team is happy to assist in guiding you further and ensuring you receive the product you ordered.

complete waste of money… they send…

complete waste of money… they send products so not worth money, the packaging is very poor…. you can buy same eyelashes on cheaper websites than this one. They also sell you some kind of subscription with no reminders so be very careful when purchasing… they charged me over €80 for some subscription?? for eyelashes ? wtf 😆 so not worth money and the stress afterwards as they will never refund it and never reply to your emails about the refund of your money 🥴 I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dishonest Merchant, Unauthorized Charges

I made a one-time purchase from MeyloraLashes on May 27, 2025, and thought that was the end of it. But on July 5th, I noticed a $24 charge to my card - something never authorized. Then again on August 5th, another $24 was taken. It's clear now that this merchant set up a recurring charge without my consent, using the payment info from my original purchase.

I never agreed to any subscription or ongoing service. I reached out to MeyloraLashes for an explanation, but received no response. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and deceptive.
Buyer be aware, they will keep your card info and continue charging you monthly without notice or permission.

After posting this review, merchant had the audacity to flag it. On their reply they claim to send an email comfimetion before the billing cycle, which is not true because the only email I have on my files from the merchant is dated May 27 when I made the purchase. Just be honest.

Reusable but not forever

I’ve worn mine about five times and they’re still decent but not as fluffy now. Worth it if you don’t mind replacing them.

Horrendous. *updated*

Horrendous.
Waste of money.
Customer service is non-existent.
Took weeks to arrive.
Impossible to apply - the magnets are so strong I was unable to apply the lashes. Trying to remove the lashes from the applicator by hand then tore the lashes away from the strip.
Have attempted to contact the company for a refund and they keep responding with a standard response - no human is involved. I doubt it’s worth me paying for postage to send them back (if I could ever find an address for them) as I have no faith they’d return my money.
Absolute waste of time effort and money . Avoid

After this review the team contacted me with an apology and offer of a refund with a request that I update my review.
I agreed on the basis that I would do it once refunded.
One day later, a refund notification came through and then about 16h after that the money was returned.
I’m relieved to have my money back (thank you) but this was considerably stressful and I still would discourage a purchase from this company

Absolute joke of a company. It’s a total scam. 7 weeks and after 20 emails still no refund, just automated email after email. AVOID at all costs unless you want robbed

This company has scam written all over…

This company has scam written all over it. I paid £30 for 2 sets of lashes that aren’t even worth the postage it took to get them here. When I bought them, I received a confirmation email and all tracking history showed was it had been to about 6 sorting warehouses and after nearly 3 weeks I assumed I wasn’t getting a delivery. I opened a dispute with my bank and within 24 hours they were delivered along with an email asking to close this dispute which tells you all you need to know about this company. Don’t waste your money.

Scam. Don’t buy

They signed me up to a subscription I did not authorise. The product never arrived. It is a scam. There is no option to cancel subscription on their website and customer support will give you a fake link to do so.
