So everything from administration to execution of repairs was excellent.

They even cleaned the inside which I was not expecting

Useless. Because of their incompetance I ended up stranded with a flat battery, had to have Mazda roadside assistance who could not fix. Car had to be recovered leaving me without a vehicle. Wasted 5 hours of my times, 2 hours of my wifes plus petrol, stress and inconvenience. All becuase they made my battery flat and did not charge it before returning the vehilce. Need to be struck of Mazda's liast asap.

Got my camper van back from having a new rear door fitted ( under Peugeot warranty )
I was shocked to see what an appalling job was done: top catch was no where near the latch because the door was not aligned properly; no sound Deadening; no wax oil; no model badge; no clips on pull cable. Bear in mind it was a straight forward door swop that took them 12 days when it should only have been a 2 day job at the most! I have been in the car repair Business for over 30 years and I have never seen such a s—t job in my life this garage NEEDS a Quality shake up! Ps I received the model badge in the post but no covering correspondence to explain the delay and poor quality of the job.

Really pleased with the overall package.
I was kept informed of the date and time my vehicle would be collected from my home address. I then received an update informing me of the work that was to be carried out in order to repair the damage.
It took a little longer than I expected for the work to be carried. That's because it took a little longer to get the part in and I assume because of the high volume of work they have on at present.
On completion of the work I collected the car and was very impressed with the quality of the work undertaken, a first class job. The rest of the car had been cleaned inside and out.
Well done to all the team for a great job.

The company was the repair centre that my insurance company had decided to use as it's repair company of choice, however I found them both helpful and the repair to the standard I expected, most helpful was Carol, who did her best in an awkward time frame situation as I work unsociable hours and required my vehicle asap

After some "idiot" reversed into my car, I came across MG Cannon.
From the moment I contacted them to the day I collected my newly repaired car, I can't fault the team at MG Cannon. All members of staff I came across were friendly & polite, & went out of their way to help you. The whole repair service process was painless & easy.
The day I picked my car up I was astonished by how amazing a job the team had done, you would never know it had been damaged. I can't recommend the team here highly enough. 10/10

MG Canon have been friendly and helpful throughout and I really felt I could trust them. There was a mix up with the call center about our car being ready when it wasn’t but the staff in Plymouth were so lovely and they sorted out the problem and delivered our car back to us to make up for it. We will definitely use them again.

I have used MG Cannon a couple of times before (unfortunately and not my fault!). The quality of work is always excellent and they are very professional to deal with.
