Having suffered a car accident, all the staff at MG Cannon provided an excellent service and made the experience of having significant damage to our car repaired, as pain-free as possible. They kept us informed of progress along the way and provided a courtesy car, which was invaluable.

I needed a new lower grill to my Seat Arona after it was damaged thanks to an imbecilic pheasant which chose to dive into it from the roadside! Initial response to my query to the Salisbury branch was rapid with an explanation of the work that would be required, followed by the estimate and a surprisingly quick appointment for the repair. It would have been useful to understand why the ADS recalibration process is so expensive. Excellent customer relations thereafter including the Progress Tracker which suggested the repair had been concluded by 14.00 on Day 1. However, ADS recalibration was required so a second day would be required. Was it? A call at 09.30 on Day 2 confirmed the car was ready for collection. That was quick! Could not the work have been completed in one day and avoided unexpected (I was not advised two days would be required) and complicated travel arrangements involving a 25 mile bus ride home and the same returning the next day? That's my only critical question. The quality of the work seems to be first class, and despite my question about whether the work could have been completed in a day, I would probably use M G Cannon (Salisbury) again if I needed to.

MG Cannon who were recommended to me by my Audi main dealer. They have proved to by highly responsive in all parts of the organisation. Calls or emails etc are responded to promptly I have run a global aerospace company and can recognise best in class performance when I see it

My Model X had a persistent knocking noise that haunted me. The Tesla dealership in Bristol not only failed to diagnose it, but they also charged me for their unsuccessful attempt. Frustrated and without answers, I took my car to MG Cannon in Westbury.

Night and Day Difference.

MG Cannon wasn't just competent, they were exceptional. They not only pinpointed the elusive knocking problem but expertly fixed it too. That wasn't all. My Model X also had a misaligned tailgate. Bristol Tesla deemed it an "uneconomical" repair, requiring a full day and rear glass removal! MG Cannon, on the other hand, tackled it efficiently, saving me both time and money.

From the very first phone call, MG Cannon impressed me. Clare, the friendly and professional office manager, made scheduling a breeze. Barry, the knowledgeable and efficient workshop manager, instilled confidence. And Rich, the technician who test-drove with me, was attentive and skilled. He diagnosed and repaired both issues perfectly, and my Model X drives like a dream now!

Honestly, this was the best garage experience I've ever had. MG Cannon surpassed dealerships and aftermarket shops in every way. Their prices were fair, communication was clear and transparent, and they even offered a convenient pick-up and drop-off service.

Finding a trustworthy garage is a treasure, and MG Cannon has definitely earned my loyalty.

My experience was so impressive!!

I recently had my Mini Cooper repaired after a small accident. Everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. I was kept up to date regarding progress and received a call as soon as it was ready. Ellie in reception was super nice as was everyone at the garage that I spoke to.
I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend MG Cannon in the future.

I have used MG Cannon twice on my Audi due to two separate incidents where a third party has crashed into me. After I got the car back the second time one of my rear sensors began to go rogue so I called MG Cannon as I thought it may have been related to the bumper work they had done. Absolutely no quibbles, they looked it over for me and reported it was coincidental timing and the sensor paint in question had started to deteriorate causing the issue. MG Cannon offered to have my car back AT NO COST TO ME to rectify the issue, which included a couple of hours' work AND they even washed my car! Incredible customer service and a top job as always. Thank you MG Cannon team! ☆

Absolutely fantastic service and top quality repair. Mike and Ellie made the process as smooth as possible and great communication throughout. I had to have a rental car delivered to their address to cover the repair period and they also handled this really well. Can’t compliment these guys enough. Perfect!

Twice now my vehicle has been hit, resulting in the Bumper having to be replaced. The staff here are amazing at communicating and making sure the customer is happy. I am pleased with the end result and hope in a good way I don’t have to go back!! Highly recommend MG Cannon.
