Mi-Voice was with us every step of the way. They understood our needs, helped us outline and build toward a successful outcome, and then stayed with us in the trenches to ensure everything would go smoothly during our big event. We could not have asked for more experienced, more helpful, more helpful, and more pleasant/fun partners to work with during the entire process.

If your organization has any public/virtual voting needs at all, or even if you're just exploring how to modernize your voting practices, you should give them a close look. They are the best at what they do, and delightful to work with in any capacity. We could not have done it without them.

Super responsive and quick to come back, very easy to deal with. Although our piece of work was very small, the level of service was great. Mi-Voice have helped us with voting at our AGM for a few years now. They've made good developments to their voting site in that time, but think that we've really valued is the quick support, particularly on the night, to help ensure people can vote, and make changes when required, been a real help to us and our members.

Mi-Voice has just collaborated with a client to manipulate the outcome of an election by allowing an irregular ‘not yet approved’ rule change not permitted by the rules to exclude a critic of the client from the election. Mi-Voice has abandoned its independence and status as a returning officer.

This was the first time that the Institute had used an outside agency for the AGM and Election voting process.
Working with Simon Thomson, as our Project Manager, made the whole process streamline. It was an important part of the governance for the Institute but Simon took us through every step, with patience and support that far exceeded our expectations. The process, reporting and practical guidance from MiVoice ensured the project ran without any major problems and any internal hiccups that occurred were dealt with in an efficient and effective way. We will certainly use MiVoice again.

We engaged Mi-Voice just a few weeks before a planned EGM to conduct online, proxy, and postal voting. Their "can do", helpful attitude was most impressive as was their ability to meet a very aggressive schedule. Their advice and guidance was invaluable. An open and transparent way in which to record votes and consultation results, open to scrutiny with easy to read reports avaliable both during and after 'live' voting/consultations.

Easy to set up, clear guidelines and instructions on how to do what you want to do and if in doubt, always a friendly person on the end of the phone to help if you need it. MiVoice used annually for countywide elections and consultations as well as smaller local elections within Districts.

A resource that makes life a whole lot easier than making ballot boxes, printing voting cards and then counting them all out after ..... and then possible recounting!

The Mi-Voice allowed us to engage a large number of young people in a meaningful process. The service is very reliable and staff are able to respond to your needs as and when required. We also carried out a quantative consultation alongside our youth parliament elections and the response rate was brilliant as we managed to engage young people in a way surey monkey or other consultation methods sometimes fail to.

All together, a very effective and easy to use tool!

The mi-voice website was great for our UK Youth Parliament elections. We especially liked the reporting process so we could see which schools needed extra support from us.

Mi-Voice tailored our election to our needs and were very flexible in response to changing circumstances. We had nothing but positive feedback on the voting process from our members. We also had fantastic level of contact and customer service throughout the process.
