Mi-voice have handled 2 elections for us (professional membership body), and could not have been more helpful. They are patient with queries and respond immediately to any requests. We have experienced no problems and their advice has been invaluable. Their processes appear to be very robust and allowed us to have complete confidence in the results.

I have worked with mi-voice since 2011 and have always received an amazing customer service and support. They understand what we need, the challenges we face and help us to overcome them every time.

They helped us deliver the first ever youth elections in Northern Ireland, provided an excellent process to support the development of the UK Youth Parliament manifesto and have step in at the last minute when we needed to re run an election at the last minute.

At the start of our relationship with Mi-Voice, our organisation had never used on-line voting systems and were very dubious of the whole concept. Mi-Voice have made the transition to e-voting very simple and painless. We now use electronic voting for all our surveys, polls, ballots and recently our elections, and have 'won over' an elite group of people.
Mi-Voice have been there for us whenever we have had a problem or query and have also taken on board some of the ideas we have come up with when first using their systems.
We hope that our relationship with Mi-Voice will continue to develop and become a long and happy association.

2013 was the Royal Aeronautical Society's first year engaging with Mi-Voice to run our Council Election, and we have had a fantastic experience. Ben and his team took the hard work out of managing the Election and were extremely helpful throughout the process. We have received a great deal of positive feedback from the voting members, mostly commenting on how straightforward the system was to use. We would absolutely recommend Mi-Voice to any organisation, institution or company looking to improve and modernise their voting system.

Mi-Voice takes a little time to find your way around, but with a little time invested in it, it's a good, reliable tool for running online ballots and elections. Support from Mi-Voice staff has always been quick and helpful. The development of additional features for evaluating the results, which I believe are in the pipeline, will make this an even more useful tool.

I used Mi-Voice because another professional association had used them, and happened to email ballots at a time when I was looking for an online voting system. We are an international organisation, including Chinese members whose internet access is sometimes restricted, so I needed a company who could deal with that side. I found them professional and competent from the start; they got back to me promptly, the system was straightforward to use for both ballot preparation and for voting, and most importantly, it worked.

It was only the second time we used Mi-voice for our Museums Association Board elections and I have to say, it was a doddle. Ben Thomas is brilliant. He sorted everything on receipt of information from me, any problems were sorted immediately. He made my life so much easier and I cannot recommend Mi-voice enough. If you want a pain and stress free election, they're the ones to go to. Brilliant.

MiVoice have provided our e-voting software for many years now and what has always impressed me is the receptiveness to new ideas and the way they work with you as a partner.
