Pure fraud
I bought them a vacuum (Dreamtech V11) in June 2022. After eight months it began to refuse to charge. They made me send it back to repair center twice, every time they sent it back not solving anything (it still refuses to charge). Now that one year has passed they say it's too late.
This is called fraud.
The Redmi 10 5G is awful
I Got the Redmi 10 5G and the camera is awful and pixelated. And it's bad at connecting and when you finally connect it's very laggy and and constantly disconnects even tho there's 130 mps.
Xiaomi makes unworking smartphones
I had two xiaomi phones and I had a terrible experience with both of them:
It's impossible to tranfer files from phone to pc. There are many bugs in this procedures and the phone gets stuck while transfering.
There are hundreds of bugs in the regular use of the phone, in the interface and in the software/hardware: the notification bar is badly designed, the wifi does not connect (despite being in front of the router) and things like this.
Every system app is bugged in some hindering way, from the text editor of notes to the camera.
It is impossible to see my notes online, something that all phone brands seem to try to deny you.
There are other more serious bugs for which the screen goes black and the launcher keeps rebooting indefinitely, effectively blocking the phone. In this situation, it is hard even to reboot the phone.
Sometimes, the phones produce noises even when their screen have been shut down for a long time, proving that the application is in fact still active. This makes me very concerned about my privacy.
Lastly, it's incredibly hard to file a bug report and send it, as almost always this results in a non better specified error.
I am never buying Xiaomi again. If I could, I'd give no stars at all.
A battery issue was 'repaired' last…
A battery issue was 'repaired' last year under warranty, this year the same issue recurred under warranty, but because the screen now has minor damage and the battery cover the same, neither which affect the performance of the phone at all, the warranty to fix the battery is voided and they won't fix the issue. I have to pay for the screen and battery cover repair and faulty battery.
They screwed up the address
My husband made an expensive order on this app, he paid in advance, put the correct adress, yet they managed to give an INCORRECT adress to the courier which resulted in a delayed delivery. Is it so hard to double-check the postal code and to make sure you put the RIGHT city for the delivering company???? SHAME ON YOU!

I purchased a Xiaomi MI Lite that broke after 6 months, so I sent it for a warranty replacement, which they provided a simple plastic bag (broken volume button). It was then cracked and damaged during the delivery, which they have no interest in discussing. Not very surprising when the item is sent in a literal plastic bag.
They provided a quote and have their team tell you that this is the price you must pay. We will not discuss it further, you pay this price or we sent your broken phone back.
The staff refuse to put you through to the manager "Shawn" who is always in a meeting, or a break, and simply will tell them to tell you to pay the fee or the phone will be returned.
Once again, do not buy a product, the product will break, and you will have to pay additional fees. Buy a Samsung or something instead, because you'll basically being paying for one in the end anyway.

Advertisement in personal space
I've been a customer last 7-8 years. I just bought a new phone and I've made a decision that it's my last product. First, mi bend is not connecting anymore and xiaomi isn't doing anything about that, the application isn't working at all.
Second and the worst, they started to out advertisement right to my personal lock screen! What is this? Adds are everywhere already, but put it to my personal space is TOO MUCH!!!

Wish i could no star this, the last 2 phones i got with this company died with a year of use. I'm a pretty clumsy person and usually my phones die due to dropping, so for both my phones to survive my clumsiness and die from hardware issues within a year of use. This must be an awful make no other brand of phone have i ever had such a issue with and for it to be the same exact one in the 2 different models i had. I feel like this is a major design flaw as it means i now have to buy another new phone after only having got one a year ago which means im no longer saving money by gettting it through a contract.And i am now going to competitors to replace the phone they made badly. I went with them because they were cheaper phones that did the job except now they don't even do the job. sort it out
Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service, simply needed a jiffy bag to send my phone to their repair centre. They put the wrong address, went to that address to see if possibly i could pick it up, turns out its a closed down shop with no letter box.
This was on 29th March where i made the warranty claim as the power button was getting so hot. So waited and waiting, nothing arrived after address was changed on 29th. Called on 6th April to explain the situation, they cut the phone, called again, that person was rude beyond words, tried live chat they talk a load of rubbish saying we need to check this with the service centre just to get a jiffy bag sent WHAT IN THE WORLD!. Now have gone through with complaints procedure and they are asking for all the information again such as proof of purchase, purchase channel, IMEI number, the issue of the device, pictures of phone back and front and an explanation of what the problem is what in GODS OWN are they talking about.
Took them over 4 days to respond to my complaint.
Worst customer service by far, been a loyal Huawei customer for years, decided to try the xiaomi, crap OS, crap customer service, crap phone, will be back with Huawei when im able to upgrade.
EDIT: They haven't sent any request for further information, they are liars!

I bought my 10 bc it was the cheapest
And after week I found out that the chipset for the camera and sensors are all garbage. When I take a foto anyone one anyone they person looks like white like alien and I ask around from people I know who own Xiaomi phones and they all say the same. I am very angry the European market around them to trick consumers and is not cool.
First month battery charge in 15 minute from 0, and now it take hrs to fully charge. Camera is garage and sensors too. It's doesn't work in windows 11 at all. Even with developer mode activated. On windows 10 sometimes it works sometimes not. My personal views is if you looking for phone for kids to play games buy xiaomi and apo but for adult xiaomi phones are garbage .

Been a loyal customer and promoter of Xiaomi for 6+ years. I've had at least 3 different Xiaomi models and my partner has had 2 pocos. Very unhappy with the latest interaction and am now switching to a different brand due to the warranty process and unhelpful support. Go with a more reputable and helpful brand that is actually willing to HELP their loyal customer in case of any issues with the phone. Beware - all Xiaomi phones start to break down after 1.5 years - is it worth it to pay a bit more for a decent phone? 🤔

No updates for more than two years for the mi 9 lite eu. Lei Juns special friends the russians got two miui12.5 versions. And then after doing a partial release for Poland which won't install on my Dutch device it is declared eos. If you want bugs, bad software support buy their e-waste, if not go for anything this piece of crap company.
Not fit for purpose!
I bought their Mi Band 6 recently. It lasted 4 days before it fell off my wrist while traveling. Absolutely useless!!

I would like to share my bad experience with xiaomi Company
I bought a 20,000mAh Redmi 18W Fast charge power bank and Redmi Buds 3 on 5/2/2023 from Mi store in san stephano mall Alexandria Egypt and on the same day I travelled to Dubai UAE and I didn't try the power until I reached dubai (because of my trust in Mi products) and once I got the power bank out of it's case to charge it... I was shocked the power bank doesn't work and the lamps don't blink so it neither charges nor getting charged and on the next day 6/2/2023 I went to Mi store at burjman mall in Dubai and the sales Representative there checked the power bank and he told me unfortunately sir it doesn't work and I can't help you since the store offers local warranty only however I have got the case of the power bank and the purchase invoice as well.
I have sent an email to xiaomi global customer service on 11/2/2023
and they aksed me to follow some troubleshooting instructions and I have already done that before from my end and the sales representative of the store that I visited did the same as well but it was useless so they send another email stating that I should arrange an appointment with my point of purchase to fix their faulty product because the retailer is the one who is responsible for fixing the problem so should I do that since I am staying in Dubai for meanwhile and the purchase point was in Alexandria Egypt and I sent them several emails stating that I am busy and stay most of the time remote areas so the power bank is essential for me but they just keep saying contact your point of purchase.
I didn't ask for a reimbursement for the inconvenience despite of my right to ask for but I have just asked to get my problem solved on the contrary they did nothing regarding the problem and they didn't offer any sort of assistance...
I won't buy any of their products in the future... worst costumer experience ever...
TV Display
I bought a 4A TV from Flipkart, after some months there was an issue with the that. Suddenly the display was crashed, I had called them several times to speak to the managers but none of them was able to solve the issue. After 4 weeks when I called them again to check upon the request for technician visit, they informed that it will be done today, tomorrow, within 48 hours blah blah blah.....
Even after the request took more than 2 months to get the technician visit.
Worst website, No help.
