Great price, and very prompt delivery

My wife had never heard of Mia Burton. She fell in love with a particular pair of Prada sunglasses. She went shopping for a better price online. Came across the website and was able to get a wonderful discount. The glasses came very quickly from out of the country! They are legitimate and in excellent shape. She LOVES THEM! Fast shipping and amazing customer service!

Arrived less than a week. Had to sign for package. Very well packaged. Glasses a little dusty but sturdy.

If I could give 0 I would. I received my glasses and I cannot see out of the RX they placed in the lenses! Now I have to go to an office and have the RX verified to be wrong when I clearly cannot see out of the frames and have glasses I'm wearing right now with the same RX and I can see fine. I try to give overseas companies a chance but when they mess up the hassle is just too much. I have lost money and wasted time. Buyer beware and ask yourself, " is it really worth it? "

I ordered sunglasses three weeks ago. The delivery time is given as one week. In fact, the delivery took over 3 weeks. But still in time. The support kept me well informed by serious and reliable answers. Then the delivery also went extremely fast, through a DHL express shipment, the product was with me within two days.

To be fair, their options and promotions are the best in the market. But transparency and punctuality is terrible. I ordered a sunglasses which was and is in stock still, it took them 3,5 weeks to ship it. Until then no one answered my emails, the chat was always stuck with the AI agent. Then I reported them to PayPal, one day later I got a shipment notification... Communicate with your customers can't be that hard, plus they can offer some discounts for this type of delays. I won't be recommending them or buy anything from them personally.

Made an order on 21 January with an estimate delivery of 29 January - 03 February. The order has not yet been shipped so will not be arriving by the 3rd. I received a notification email on 29 January that the order is late - likely a auto email triggers by not been sent by estimated delivery window starting. I have read some of these reviews where people have paid and have waited months for a refund due to order never actually been sent.

If order cannot be fulfilled then I expect a prompt refund. I expect an update by 10am on Monday 02 February. I have already emailed and therefore you have my order number and email address so please do not ask me to contact you again.

À ce jour, vous n’avez ni expédié la commande, ni répondu à mes multiples sollicitations par courriel, malgré mes relances. Conformément à l’article L.221-15 du Code de la consommation, vous êtes tenu de livrer le bien commandé dans un délai raisonnable, ou de me rembourser si la livraison n’est pas effectuée.

De plus, cette absence de communication, de notification et de livraison pourrait constituer une pratique commerciale déloyale, prohibée par l’article L.121-1 du Code de la consommation, ainsi qu’une violation de l’obligation d’information prévue à l’article L.111-1 du même code.

Par la présente, je vous mets en demeure de me faire connaître, dans un délai de 72 heures à compter de la réception de ce courriel, la date précise d’expédition ou de livraison de ma commande, ainsi que de procéder à la livraison effective sous un délai maximum de 6 jours ouvrables sans motif valable ou justification pour ce retard.

On January 16, 2026, I paid in full for order number MB-1768567224978, for a pair of Gucci sunglasses, for the amount of €215, as per the invoice and receipt, which I have retained for this purpose.

To date, you have neither shipped the order nor responded to my numerous email requests, despite my follow-up. In accordance with Article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code, you are required to deliver the ordered goods within a reasonable timeframe, or to reimburse me if delivery is not made.

Furthermore, this lack of communication, notification, and delivery could constitute an unfair business practice, prohibited by Article L.121-1 of the French Consumer Code, as well as a breach of the information obligation stipulated in Article L.111-1 of the same code.

I hereby formally request that you inform me, within 72 hours of receiving this email, of the precise shipping or delivery date of my order, and that you proceed with actual delivery within a maximum of 6 business days without providing a valid reason or justification for this delay.

It was the best online eyewear store I’ve ever used. I was having a really hard time finding Zeiss lenses here in the United States, and I found an amazing price. The production time was exactly what you’d expect for prescription lenses, and the delivery was super fast as soon as they were ready. The customer service was excellent.
