Great piece of kit, new iPad, cheaper than the used equivalent being sold on ebay
Item of course was genuine, sealed in its Apple box.
It was the cheapest iPad 10.9, 2022.
The iPad it self was easy to set up, as we had another iPad to transfer all the data to.
The item was posted admediatly arriving the very next day!! This seller has great feed back, and can be trusted. The iPad is fantastic bit of kit, sitting here playing with it 😂 writing this review.

This company is very dodgy
This company is very dodgy. Ordered ear buds, they have arrived broken. I have to pay for my own return of item. They have not issued a refund or replacement item. They have given very poor customer service. I would avoid - even though their prices are low - it is not worth it.
Update - sent item back via recorded delivery - can see from tracking / post office pics they have received it - no refund sent 2 weeks later. Criminal !!!!

Had to wait long but got the product
Update: I did receive the product. It works well. They did what they said they would in the comment. Would give 5 stars if it was like that from the start
I paid for product and didn't receive it. Asked for status and was informed you failed to address the package properly. Didn't get a helpful response even after a month of waiting

Do not buy from this company dreadful customer service
I purchased some ear buds for my grandson’s birthday on 14/7 which arrived on time but were faulty. I contacted customer service and got an initial apology. Then sent photographs and a video of the fault they asked for. I also asked for a replacement and return instructions for the faulty buds. Still no replacement. They ignore my follow up emails. I found the return details on their website so returned them on the 29/7. Still no contact. No earbuds no refund. Do not buy from this company.
Finally a month after his birthday and a week after this review was acknowledged we received a working pair of buds. Still out of pocket for the return postage.
