Miami Tour Company Reviews 

Spring break with our older "children" and first time in Miami. In order to orient ourselves, we signed up with Miami Tour Company for the 4 hour tour. Saw most of the locations I had read about while researching the Miami area. Our stops were long enough to get out and experience the location and get some good photos. The bus was comfortable with big windows for easy viewing. The guide was a mix of recorded information supplemented with the drivers contributions. A wee bit disappointed that we missed Villa Vizcaya, but apparently there was a tennis event, and the traffic made the visit impractical. All in all, we all thought if was worth our time and money. I would recommend it to friends who don't mind being on a bus with a few others.

We had a great day during our tour. Everyone was very nice and informitive and we really had a great time. (Even though it started to rain.) So glad we book the tour and spent the day having a great time seeing and learning.

Our guide was a combination stand-up (actually sit-down) comedian and knowledgeable expert on the city. We hit all the right spots. The highlight for us was the tour of the Everglades aboard the small craft that took us deep into this natural environment and saw lots of the local wildlife. One bird is so tame he hopped on the captain's shoulder and went along with us. Do go. You won't regret it.

This is the best tour of Miami that I have taken. I took several tours for a class project and this is the best one ever. The entire process was so professional and enjoyable. I would recommend them to any visitor to Miami. It would be great for natives as well who don't know a lot about the city.

the tour was as we had expected. The tour guide was entertaining and clever, There were six of us we all enjoyed the experience. I would suggest a specific place for lunch. best regards

My family returned from a Carribbean cruise early in the morning and our return flight home was set to depart later in the evening. We needed soemthing to do for the day and a way to store our luggage. We decided to take A Miami Bus Tour to see parts of the city we has not seen before and to kep our luggage safe and close by. It turned out to be a great choice for us. The bus was comfortable and the driver, Jorge, went out of his way to make sure we made it to the airport with plenty of time.

My only suggestion is to update the description of your tour. Some of the destinations are no longer a part of the tour, such as the Biltmore Hotel.

I would recommend this tour company. They were professional from start to end and Jim was very acommendating with all questions asked. Vey clean.

This is the one to take to get oriented with the city of Miami. We did the bus and boat tour. I had high expectations and we were not disappointed.

I was very happy with the tour - actually a highlight of my trip to Miami.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The pickup and drop off were on time and exactly as described. The commentary on the bus when travelling to the Everglades was informative and interesting and the Everglades tour was a lot of fun.

I fully enjoyed the tour. Prompt service pick up. Derek was an awesome driver and guide. Loved the city tour. Enjoyed the everglades tour too. Would like to see everglades offered in morning and city in afternoon due to activity of Alligators in afternoon. Good value for price.

We and a group of friends had a free day to spend in Miami before boarding a cruise.We found the Miami Tour Company on the internet and booked the origional Miami and Everglades tour online. The bus arrived on time with Jim Moore behind the wheel. Jim was a lot of fun and gave us Canadians a great tour of the city with lots of information and then an exciting adventure on an airboat in the everglades. It was a wonderful way to spend a day in Miami and Jim went above and beyond to show us a good time. We highly recommend the Miami Tour Company . Thanks Jim

We took our northern company or this tour as it listed many of the things they wanted to see. And to our surprise we all saw more places than we had seen in the 15 years we lived here in southFlorida. It was a great mix of things and places and we loved every minute!!
That morning we got stuck on 95 south and knew we would never make the starting time in Miami. I called you and you sent us to a stop on the tour and the bus picked us up there---and took us back there after the end of the tour--ABOVE and beyond for the driver. Who by the way was WONDERFUL--he should get a raise!
We have since recommended the tour to others who also loved it--GREAT JOB!!!!!

We took the full-day boat & bus tour. We were driving over from Naples and we got to Miami late and missed the bus. They called me on my cell several times to check on us. When we got there too late, they allowed us to break up our tour over 2 days. so we tool the boat tour later that afternoon, and the first thing next morning the bus came to our hotel and took us for our day bus tour. And the tour was very, very good. Our driver was very informative and high energy. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Touches upon key must see areas. There were options to chose from which I found out towards the end of the tour, could've extended if I had known earlier. Over all, friendly staff
