OMG I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered furniture looks like I’ve been scammed also but didn’t pay by credit card.... GUTTED
After ordering from this company and getting E mails on delivery times, then not receiving furniture, I have tried making contact! Now website is gone and no furniture! Luckily I paid on my credit card so can hopefully get my money back but DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We have been scammed if £315! We’ve tried contacting them multiple times through email and Instagram and no response at all! Luckily we’ll be able to get the money back through credit card, but just be very careful and DO NOT order from here !!!!!!
I ordered a piece of furniture from Mia’s Care and have just tried to follow up on delivery date - the website had disappeared and it looks like it’s a scam
Company.
I have logged a fraud complaint with my credit card company - shame on people doing this kind of thing - very disappointed.
There is no star rating for this company. It is a fraud, and appeared to have groomed so many people before hitting hard.
I have ordered for items for £1545. Got a brilliant experience initially, and was assured that the deceivers would be 07/04/21.
When there was no show, I tried contacting a cot that was very responsive at the beginning, but I couldn’t get a response from them.
Worried I went too website, and so shocked to see that we have been scammed. Website has been downed, and then we realise that we have not taken notice that the company did not provide us either/or business address and telephone number.
Stupid I felt but I am consoled with getting the credit card reversing the charge.
I have now contacted my bank as I ordered two pieces of furniture for £758 and it seems they have closed the website and they acknowledged receipt and sent an email two weeks ago to say delivery today ! Emailed twice to them and nothing back so bank now sitting. A lesson learned for me is if you cannot talk to so done don’t order !!
It’s too late to warn others off now as this website has disappeared!
We placed an order via the Mia’s care website for 2 pieces of furniture worth £806 on 23rd February with an expected delivery date of 1st April. Payment was with a debit card and the order was acknowledged by email, all very professionally executed giving me no reason to suspect anything untoward. I received a response to an email on 26th March when I checked that we were on target for delivery on 1st April, they advised that they were on schedule and we would hear from the carrier the day before. No contact the day before and no delivery arrived and all my emails have been ignored since - emails contact to their info and support email addresses were reacted to promptly up until this point. There is also no phone number to contact them on. Given other people’s feedback on instagram and on here, we realise that we have been scammed and are now trying to recover the payment with our bank, but queues to the fraud team are up to an hour! Wish us luck and advice would be appreciated if others have been successful.
Really worried now ordered a unit in January had an email on 3/3/21 saying due to COVID 19 order delayed until 31/3/21 this has come and gone left messages , no reply left 5 emails no response. Think I will contact the bank see if I can retrieve my £339
NOTE : ‘MIAS CARE’ SHOULD NOT BE CONFUSED WITH MIAS LUXURY LTD., who are a completely separate, unassociated and trustworthy business. Please use TRUSTPILOT carefully when selecting the company you wish to review....
This company is non existent, total scam I actually phoned the cabinet designer who was also having trouble getting there advertising taken of miascare site . Managed to get a chargeback at my bank after I contacted the fraud team also changed my debit card very sophisticated scammers apparently
Ordered a sideboard 6 weeks ago - £300 was supposed to be delivered today- No reply to my emails for confirmation and the website looks to be closed down - all previous trust pilot reviews were good- wondering now about Trust pilot too!! 😧
Ordered end January and still not received goods which cost £330
Tried to contact company via e mail numerous times but no answer and no contact numbers available ... not sure what to do now as money was taken in January
We placed an order for a TV unit with Mia’s Care in the UK on 21 Feb with an expected delivery date of 31 March. The order was acknowledged by email and payment was taken. When we had not heard anything as the delivery date approached we tried to contact them via their info and support email addresses but no reply. There is also no phone number to contact them on. We are now trying everything to contact them and also cancelling the payment with our bank.
