Snore tongue mouthguard doesn't work…

Snore tongue mouthguard doesn't work and it not only hurts to wear it but the drool factor is bad. I really tried to use it but after 30 minutes it's a no go and is now sitting in a drawer. I should have looked at other reviews as it was a pricy mistake.

I ordered the soundsleep mask and was concerned by how cheap it felt when it arrived. After just a few uses - three or four - it started malfunctioning: powering off at random times, there was a ticking in the speaker, and now one of the speakers is barely audible. I wrote to them within the 30 days (!!) that their refund policy lasts, and they never replied. I've written again, still no reply. Outside of the 30 days, they won't offer a refund or exchange but won't reply to emails either, so that tells you a LOT about the quality of their products.

I placed the order on December 17. I’ve followed up numerous times. Today is March 1st and I still don’t have my order or a refund.

These little knock off stores try and portray themselves as bigger operations and they are TERRIBLE! Just because they have a Facebook page or other social media accounts, do not make them legit. They are thieves who quickly take your money and disappear even quicker.

There is no reason whatsoever for them to take this long for one pillow. A pillow! I’m disputing the charges with my bank and spreading the word.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This place seems to be a scam. Ordered 2 x pillows more than a month ago paid for immediately, have emailed them and left a comment on their fb page, still no reply or tracking number.

Dont Buy SCAM!
ordered November 11th and as of today March 9th still haven't received!
No answer to the phone # on website and via email keep promising that should arrive any day now but still no pillow. and they wont refund me. STAY AWAY!!

No frills - but ultimately very good pillows

The pillows did take a while to arrive, but I expected that. They had a strong smelling freshener in them, but that went away. Finally the proof is in the pudding - they actually are really fantastic pillows that have helped our spines/our sleeps. I've come back to buy more - but I do wonder whether there are cheaper options that are effectively the same pillow. As others have said they are a very no-frills operation so its basically impossible to know much about it.

Not What I Expected

I ordered a pillow on May 13, and it didn't arrive until mid-August. This is well beyond the time-frame advertised on the company's website. And forget about getting someone to answer the company's phone. I called several times, and no one ever answered, so I resorted to sending e-mails. I will say that I did receive responses to my e-mails. However, they were never able to give me an indication of when I could expect my pillow to arrive. Furthermore, when I finally received my pillow in the mail, I was horrified to see that the packaging showed that it had been shipped from China. Buyer beware! I didn't see anywhere on the website that the pillow was coming from outside the USA.

Best pillow I ever had in my life!

I'm SO Glad I found this pillow, I've been now using it for a month and it's been AMAZING!
I ordered from the site and received it in 9 days.

And just within nights - No more neck pain.... and my back feels better too! Very comfortable, and improved my sleep greatly!

Took over a month and a half to get the…

Took over a month and a half to get the pillows. Customer service is non existent. When I did get the pillow, it is not at all as advertised. So uncomfortable, very expensive for a shabby pillow and don't trust their guarantee, you will not hear from them again. Hope this helps someone from losing a lot of money.

Scam

I ordered my pillow from this company, but I should state there are at least two other companies (ecoden is one) which are practically identical to the SleepDream company website. I was under the impression that there might be a parent company which operates in different places but now I am starting to think it's a scam. There must be a pillow somewhere that is orthopaedic and which works exactly as advertised, unfortunately this is not it. My pillow took 14 days to arrive, which are 2 more than advertised but still pretty close to their 12 days shipping claim. However, alarm bells went off the minute I received it. It came wrapped in bubble wrap and a plastic bag, then a flimsy shipping plastic bag. No box, no instructions, no label on the pillow, no logo, NOTHING. It was rolled so I opened it and unrolled it and let it get air, but it was clear from the get go that it wasn't the pillow advertised. It's very FLIMSY. The foam inside is so soft it gets squished at the lightest touch. The website definitely advertised it supported the weight of a bowling ball without loosing its shape but that's just not the case. What's worse is that on the shipping label, customs are required to put down the price of the item inside. It says 4 USD. I paid £45 for this. I am very disappointed.

Maybe a hoax?

I am starting to think this company is a hoax.
I ordered my pillow almost one month ago, and received a shipping confirmation on April 21st. Today (May 11th) it has still not arrived, the tracking number does not work and customer service keeps saying that it should arrive any day now (how can they know if tracking does not work, which they do not comment on so far).
I will update if I actually get my order delivered, but I am starting to doubt it.
